το σπίτι ήτανε τέλειο και ζεστο πολύ για τις κρυες μερες που μειναμε εκει, η κυρία Φωτεινή εξαιρετική...το parking όμως πολύ δύσκολο...θα ξανά εμένα σίγουρα εκεί...σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ κυρία Φωτεινή !!!

Alex was extremely helpful.. the place was nice and clean, the AC is good, the hot water was perfect. Coffee shop downstairs, Close to the Metro station, and 6 minutes walking to a super market. Very comfortable stay.

Άψογος χώρος, πεντακάθαρος και δε έλειπε τίποτα! Τέλειο μπαλκόνι και αυλή ειδικά αν ταξιδεύεις με παιδιά! Ολα περιποιημένα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια! Σιγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Maria war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war makellos, sauberer geht nicht. Außerdem waren Wohnung und Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Maria hat bei der Ausstattung wirklich an ALLES gedacht! Unser Auto ist mit Dachbox und Fahrrädern sehr groß. Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze am Haus und wir konnten uns ganz flexibel einen Parkplatz aussuchen. Marias Mann war beim Check-In sehr hilfsbereit und hat alles kurz und bestens erklärt. Die Zugstation in die Innenstadt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Verbindung ist einfach und sehr günstig (1,15 Euro für ein 90-Minuten-Ticket in die Stadt). Für uns war es der perfekte Ort für einen Athen-Aufenthalt. Wir danken Maria und ihrer Familie von Herzen!

Me and my family had a very good time in this place… stores, pharmacies and a lot of food and coffee around… we stayed there for 1 week and everything was amazing…

I booked Christina's place for my parents who were visiting Athens for a family event. The apartment is very clean, spacious, well laid out and has everything one would need. The bathroom in particular is very clean and modern. My parents also enjoyed the balconies (there are 2 in the apartment) for their morning coffee. The building is located on a busy street but that's not an issue when sleeping with closed windows. There is also an air conditioner if needed. The area is not great but we didn't encounter any problems. There are all the essential amenities within 5 minutes of the house; the metro is 5-7 min walk and takes you to central Athens within 15-20 min. Overall, my parents enjoyed their time there!

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, εξαιρετική η αυλή, μεγάλη και με εξαιρετική ιδιωτικότητα. Ήσυχο σε καλό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική οδό. Υπήρχαν αρκετά κουνούπια στο σπίτι λόγω φυτών, αλλά υπήρχαν πολλά αντικουνουπικα και φιδάκι στον κήπο.

El alojamiento de Dionisis fue, a todas luces, una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La calidez y empatía del anfitrión hicieron del alojamiento un lugar cálido para nuestra estadía. El departamento es enorme y cómodo para un viaje con amigos, con un exquisito sentido de la estética. Dionisis estuvo estuvo en cada uno de los detalles, incluso se ofreció a recibirnos el equipaje y adelantar el check-in porque uno de nosotros estaba descompuesto. El alojamiento está plagado de libros, obras de arte, la cocina está súper equipada, ¡nos dejó hasta jabón para el lavarropas y crema humectante para el cuerpo en el baño! Si venís a Atenas, este es el alojamiento perfecto.

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Highly, highly recommended!! I have stayed at a few Airbnb properties, and I have to say that Maria and her husband are among the best hosts I have ever had. We had a minor accident early in the holiday and Maria went out of her way to come and help in the middle of the night. She answered every question we had when trying to deal with the Greek transport system, which is an absolute nightmare to unravel. The flat itself is close to the centre of the city and well located by transport, and the price was very reasonable. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. We were sorry to leave. Thanks again, Maria and Antony!

Άψογος χώρος. Ένα μικρό διαμέρισμα που με πολύ όμορφο γούστο και μεράκι έχει μετατραπεί σε τοπ επιλογή. Πανέμορφο σε διακόσμηση, προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Πεντακάθαρο όλο το διαμέρισμα, μπανιο τελειο , κουζινα με ολα οσα χρειάζεται,σαλονι ανετο με σούπερ ντεκόρ, υπνοδωμάτιο με πολυ καλο στρωμα , εντυπωση μου εκανε μολις ξαπλωσα που τα κλινοσκεπασματα μυριζαν μαλακτικό . Η κα Βανα αψοχη . Κατατοπιστικες οι πληροφορίες για την άφιξη και ότι άλλο χρειαζόταν. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά.

Υπέροχος χώρος, καθαρός, τακτοποιημένος σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες !!

Το σπίτι ήταν απλά υπέροχο και συνέβαλε στο να ξεκινήσει η μέρα του γάμου μου με τον πιο όμορφο και ήρεμο τρόπο. Το νοίκιασα για την προετοιμασία μου ως νύφη και πραγματικά ήταν το ιδανικό σκηνικό: φωτεινό, καθαρό, κομψά διακοσμημένο και με υπέροχη ενέργεια. Είχε άνετους χώρους για μένα, τις φίλες μου και την ομάδα που με ετοίμασε (μακιγιάζ, μαλλιά κ.λπ.), ενώ η αισθητική του σπιτιού έδωσε τέλειο φόντο για τις φωτογραφίες της προετοιμασίας. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου – ή μάλλον, σαν πριγκίπισσα! Δεν θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ καλύτερο μέρος για να ξεκινήσει η πιο σημαντική μέρα της ζωής μου. Ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς! 💕

It is located in a lovely peaceful and safe area that is 10 minutes walk to the Agora, so close by to all the action of Athens. There is a fantastic baker 20 seconds from the apartment and also a great supermarket so everything is close by. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor (top floor). There is a very small lift that we were initially nervous to use but we overcame our fear and ended up using it the whole time. The roof terrace is what makes this flat incredible with stunning view across Athens to the hills beyond and then the other way to the Acropolis which is really impressive.The living space itself is clean and functional and perfect for the two of us. We loved the view so much we had supper on the terrace a couple of nights so we could watch the sun setting. The terrace is solely for the flat. The neighbour has the view I guess towards the sea but it is very separate so each space feels very private. Yoita was excellent at communication from the getgo

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Very cool and very nice place

Prefect location. Walkable to all sights and attractions. Streets are busy but like any large city it is the best and easiest way to get around. The apartment was amazing. Balcony pictures on listing do not do any justice to standing outside or in jacuzzi. Tax and yannis were extremely Helpful assisting with rides to and from the port/airport as well as tons of local recommendations!

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!
