House holiday rentals in Agii Apostoli

Das Haus von Vasilis entspricht den Angaben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage zu den Stränden ist sehr gut und in 5 Minuten ist man dort. Theoretisch würde es auch zu Fuß funktionieren. Das olympische Ruderzentrum direkt nebenan ist auch für Läufer oder Radfahrer super. Vasilis ist auch absolut top und immer erreichbar. Unsere (zahlreichen) Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Auf dem gleichen Grundstück wurde kürzlich eine nahezu identische Villa eröffnet. Dies macht die Objekte auch sehr attraktiv für 2 Familien.

The place was beautiful. It was so amazing for me and my group of friends. The area it was located was phenomenal and he was really accommodating with us needing to drop our bags off early. Really special place would absolutely visit it again.

Θα θέλαμε να ευχαριστήσουμε προσωπικά τον κύριο Γιάννη. Ηταν άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Μας βοήθησαν οι οδηγίες του απίστευτα. Είχε πολύ διάθεση να μας εξυπηρετήσει εμένα και όλη την παρέα μου. Το έχω ήδη προτείνει σε φίλους μου και σίγουρα αν θέλουμε με την παρέα μου να πάμε εκεί θα τον ξαναπροτιμήσουμε. Το σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, μπάρμπεκιου, πισίνα, πετσέτες, κλιματιστικά, σεσουάρ, ψυγείο. Ηταν ένα υπέροχο σαββατοκύριακο.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο άνετο και σε βολική ήσυχη τοποθεσία.Η φιλιώ ήταν πρόθυμη ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει.Η υπέροχη θέα και η όμορφη πισίνα έκαναν την διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και θα το προτείνουμε και σε άλλους. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad met 4 volwassenen, 2 hondjes en een baby. Het huis (en tuin en zwembad) is mega goed onderhouden en super schoon. Antonis stuurde van te voren gezellige spraakberichten met duidelijke instructies en zijn moeder ontving ons ruim voor de inchecktijd (dit was geen probleem). Als er iets was konden we het hele verblijf bij ze terecht en we zijn zelfs nog een keer verrast met heerlijke verse broodjes. We zijn 1 dagje naar Athene geweest, wat goed te doen was met een auto. Verder is er (in het laagseizoen) niet heel veel te beleven in de omgeving, maar aangezien het huis zo fijn is hoeft dat ook helemaal niet. Top verblijf!

Incredible location, host and property!!

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

We stayed at Emma's place for a week in June 2025 when we were briefly visiting relatives in Athens. We were looking for a place that is spacious and fully equipped and can accommodate the needs of our two young children. Emma's place was perfect for our family! We spent lots of time at the house, taking advantage of the beautiful gardens, the pool and the nature that surrounds the house. The house was incredibly clean and stocked, Emma even filled the fridge for us with breakfast items on our first day. The beds are comfortable and there are so many configurations that can accommodate even the pickiest sleepers; two bunkbeds with movable single beds in the lower level, and a king bed for a couple. The cats on the property was an attraction for the kids, and the dog Loki was the friendliest guardian I could have asked for. I highly recommend Emma's place for families or large groups who need privacy and want lots of activities at the house. Stores are a 20 min car ride away. Thank you!

If you are ever lucky enough to book this beautiful home I would really recommend it ! If we didn’t have to return our car rental we would’ve asked to stay longer than 2 nights. The place is so beautiful and one can tell that it is well taken care of and loved. Our host had many recommendations, speaks English Greek and German and is very welcoming. It was peaceful and beautiful and just perfect for our short holiday. Thx for everything David !

Olga and Eleni were very kind, waiting for us when we arrived late in the evening. The house is big and beautiful, with an amazing garden and view. We really enojyed the peace and silence. There are supermarkets, restaurants, many shops in the neighbourhoods, a few minutes by car. Also, Olga offered immediate help when we had an health issue, and was flexible with the check-in and check-out, which was made our travelling arrangments easier. We would have loved to stay longer in Evia.

We had a very nice stay. Beautiful villa that was very clean and comfortablr with a grand view and spectaculair sunsets 😃. Vasileia was a perfect host. My luggage was delayed and she immediately offered to lent me some clothes, bikini and flip-flops. That was super helpfull. I could enjoy the beautiful beaches and explore the island without delay. We are so greatfull for all her help, she always responded quickly when we had any questions. We highly recommend her accommodation A great place to make lasting memories

the view from the terrace is brilliant, the house is well equipped. the outside area is a really pleasant place to spend time. the inside shared living area is a little small but we were out and about or on the terrace which is covered, so can be used if it rains. approx 15 mins walk to the beach. it's approx 2 hours by public transport to Athens which costs about 5 euro per person. We would stay again.

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und kompetent reagiert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für den bereitstehenden Begrüßungswein und für die selbst eingelegten Oliven.

The loft was just as advertised. The amenities provided are great. It is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to any question.

First Andronike was very responsive l and helping.We spent as a small family a wonderful time.The bungalow, and the swiming pool have a very beautiful relaxing view.A peaceful beach are at walking distance,and a front sea restaurant as well.Porto Rafti and Artemida few kilometers away have a plenty restaurants and beach clubs. A car is recomended to explore the region and why not to visit Athenes and its monuments. I recomend strongly the place.

Thank you so much. Everything was perfect. The view was perfect. The tavern is right outside of the house as a pool beach bar. It’s the perfect escape for friends or for family. The beach was awesome!

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα γοητευτικό διατηρητέο αρχοντικό!! Η οικογένεια μας (ο άντρας μου, ο γιος μας κι εγώ ) περάσαμε ενάμισυ μήνα σε αυτό το υπέροχο διατηρητέο αρχοντικό στην Κηφισιά. Είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένο και συντηρημένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαστήκαμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα εξαιρετικά φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Αν και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Κηφισιάς, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα και δημόσιες συγκοινωνίες, ήταν πολύ ήσυχα. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν απλά τέλεια. Απολαύσαμε κάθε στιγμή της διαμονής μας και νιώσαμε σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τους οικοδεσπότες για αυτήν την αξέχαστη εμπειρία και προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το μοναδικό αρχοντικό σε όλους όσους θέλουν να απολαύσουν μια ιδιαίτερη και άνετη διαμονή στην Κηφισιά!

Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο !Και η διαμονή μας ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία – ξυπνάς και αντικρίζεις τη θάλασσα κατευθείαν από την κρεβατοκάμαρα, κάτι πραγματικά μαγευτικό. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και μέσα σε μια ήρεμη, χαλαρωτική περιοχή που σε αποφορτίζει αμέσως. Όσο για την οικοδέσποινα… δεν υπάρχουν λόγια. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας – με φροντίδα, ευγένεια και μια απίστευτη δοτικότητα που δύσκολα συναντάς. Μας φρόντισε με τον πιο γλυκό τρόπο και το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα το θυμόμαστε με μεγάλη ευγνωμοσύνη. Ειλικρινά, φύγαμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένες και γεμάτες όμορφες αναμνήσεις. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

logement nécessitant un rafraichissement mais tout de même très agréable. Terrasse intime a l'ombre de la végétation. proximité de la plage. Spiro est très accueillant. logement bien équipé il manquait juste un grill pain et un couteau à pain
