If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

A real lovely place to stay — feels lived in with some real unique pieces! Walking distance to a few eateries and cafes, as well as to the metro and to Philopappos hill. Pretty convenient location. Thank you for having us!

The place was large, spacious, clean, and safe. Great area with easy walk to pretty much everything. Theo was very responsive. The rules were not overwhelming and very reasonable. I think if you’re in Athens for a few days with more than 2 people this place is definitely it!

Anna and Teo were very responsive and helpful, especially with a tour guide and pickup at the port and drop off at the airport. Very nice to provide little snack and drink gifts too. Perfect location - close to everything.

By far, this was the most pleasant experience my family has ever had at a vacation rental. As an airbnb host myself, I didn't realize how much a host can improve the quality of the trip! Not only was this home everything and more that you expect from the beautiful listing, but the host's whole family came together to create a memorable and once in a lifetime experience for my family. We were so touched by their friendliness, generosity, and hospitality. The home itself was much bigger than I expected, with 5 separate bedrooms with stunning water views. The town of Lavrio is just a 5 minute drive away and is the cutest town to buy fresh fruit and veggies, as well as fresh caught fish. We also had the best iced coffee from the different cafes in town. We stayed for 5 nights, and enjoyed just the right amount of touristy attractions and beach lounging. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Aris’s place in Athens! Checkin was super easy and smooth. Loved the keyless entry! Aris was a great host. AC & WiFi worked great. Kitchen was stocked with way more than we needed but was appreciated. Only odd thing is the couch being in the one bedroom, but we knew that going in and it didn’t bother us as we weren’t in the apartment much! Perfect size and the location was fantastic. Great stay overall!

The arrival in Athens to this area was eye-opening. We were on/near a busy street and there were restaurants down below. What was the surprise? No noise! We felt like we were home but with all the amenities outside we could walk to. Tried several of the nearby restaurants, walked to pharmacy and shopping. This place is so perfect I made a note to stay here again. And I never repeat a place! So excited to go back to be welcomed by Haidi’s perfectly clean, perfectly location apartment!

You can't dream of a better place to enjoy Athens. It is spacious, with a stunning terrace, right at the center of the more touristy Plaka district, but you only hear birds or dogs! The flat is very welconing, done with taste and the hosts are very kind and responsive. I couldn't recommend more! Many thanks!!

So sad to leave this beautiful home. We honestly fell in love with both the house ( the incredible view!!) and the island. I’ll be honest - we booked a fair time ago and, just before leaving the uk, started wondering whether we had booked sensibly - would there be enough to do, would we need to hire a car ( quite pricey on the island), etc etc. My god, we were sooo wrong to have been nervous. It is just the most magical place…. So many beautiful walks, plenty to see/visit…. No chance at all to ever be bored. The big pluses for us - the walks. The walk from the house to the lighthouse opposite is fabulous - less than an hour each way, although more if you go for a swim in the sea en route! Walks to/from Ioulida were pretty straight forward. Our absolute favourite though - the walk to Karthea. We got a morning bus to fairly near by and then it’s a steep walk down ( and a steep walk back up afterwards) of approx 3km each way. Take water!!!! You need lots. But when you get there - wow!!!

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

What a wonderful place to stay with such beautiful hosts! The place is so charming and Froso is so caring and thoughtful. The close proximity to the city centre is perfect yet you feel nicely secluded away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend this place so highly!

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

Θα θέλαμε να ευχαριστήσουμε προσωπικά τον κύριο Γιάννη. Ηταν άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Μας βοήθησαν οι οδηγίες του απίστευτα. Είχε πολύ διάθεση να μας εξυπηρετήσει εμένα και όλη την παρέα μου. Το έχω ήδη προτείνει σε φίλους μου και σίγουρα αν θέλουμε με την παρέα μου να πάμε εκεί θα τον ξαναπροτιμήσουμε. Το σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, μπάρμπεκιου, πισίνα, πετσέτες, κλιματιστικά, σεσουάρ, ψυγείο. Ηταν ένα υπέροχο σαββατοκύριακο.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό! Καλύτερο και απ’τις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η πισίνα ήταν ο ιδανικός χώρος για ηρεμία και διασκέδαση. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας κατατοπίσει πλήρως και μας έκανε και προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Το συνιστώ είτε για παρεα, είτε για οικογένεια!

This villa is a little gem! Amazing views, gorgeous rooftop pool, beautiful landscaping, and the house full of character - we loved every moment we spent there. Our host Nasos sent us a lot of information about the area before we arrived, so planning our vacation was a breeze (pun intended)! Wir waren zu 13 als Familie in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles Super und wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen können. Die einzigen Punkte die uns aufgefallen waren: - Kein Schlüssel für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Wir hatten auch Gäste da und bei so vielen Personen war das unangenehm. Der Gastgeber hat dies selbst erst bemerkt als wir eingecheckt haben. Für viele Mängel wurden die letzten Besucher verantwortlich gemacht. Aber ersetzt oder repariert wurde nichts, was wir schade fanden. - Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser für die Dusche nach Mitternacht. Selbst nach langem probieren gab es Nachts kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten bis zum morgen warten. Dies war nicht so optimal, da wir so viele Personen waren und ich mich abends für meine Hochzeit fertig machen wollte. - Wir hatten 2 Babybetten, jedoch fehlte die Matratze für eines und wir haben kein ersatz bekommen. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Villa empfehlen.

Amazing Airbnb! Perfect for multiple families looking for a relaxing vacation with lots of space and options for activities. Kitchens have everything you need to cook and barbecue at the house while enjoying the swimming pool. Katerina provided detailed information and was very responsive. Would come back here again without any reservations. Lots of restaurants close by as well as a local bakery (Nikoláou Bakery) and butcher (Κρεοπωλείο ELMAS) and a great supermarket (AB).
