Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Agia Paraskevi

The host mother Sara arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, and was very friendly and had arranged everything very well. The cottage had everything. There are coffee, cold and warm beverages, fruit, chargers, toothpaste, shampoo, ,everything you might need. The bed was very comfy, and we slept very well. We will for shure book the cottage again, next time we visit this area.

Perfect stay for accessibility to the airport for a early morning flight. Konstantino’s airport pickup and drop off service was very helpful.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. I don't have enough words that can truly capture how beautiful of a person Nansy is. This was my second time staying at her Airbnb along with my husband and mother-in-law. Once again, Nansy was extremely communicative and responsive. She went above and beyond and picked us up at the airport and arranged our transportation back. Nansy and her family are so kind and loving people. The apartment is always super clean! What I appreciate about Nansy is that even though you may have a short stay (we stayed only for one night) she treats you like you are staying a week at a kingdom. I have left a positive review before and nothing has changed -- I highly recommend Nansy's airbnb. You won't regret it! Thank you Nansy. :)

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

The hosts were very nice people. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The apartment’s location was excellent — in a quiet, very local area with a pleasant and safe atmosphere. It was very good and highly recommended. As two women who have been to Greece many times, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed in so far. we needed to stay for more time because of a personal reasons and they immediately let us extend our stay in the apartment. Great stay with good communication and great location! We felt at home and got to use the whole apartment, especially the porch with the beautiful view of the Acropolis!😍

My daughter and I had a stop over trip in Athens and this accommodation is in the best location for exploring the city on foot. The Acropolis was virtually in our backyard and super easy to get to from the house, even exploring the Plaka was a 10-15 min walk away from us (an absolute must to see). Checking in was a breeze and the instructions left no room for confusion. The pictures listed were as accurate as can be and the bed was super comfortable, almost impossible to get out of in the morning. The host was super responsive and didn’t have to wait more than 30-40 mins for a response. The restaurants and cafes were so good we came back almost every night. If we visit again we know where we’ll stay!

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

It is an excellent choice with its large veranda with 180 degrees sea and mountain view, interior design, comfort and cleanliness. Anna is very interested and always ready to answer your questions. Access to the sea, beach and restaurants is 2 minutes. It couldn't be better.

Everything was as expected and we had a comfortable night here. Lovely to have the terrace spaces on both floors of the apartment too. Would happily stay again 😊

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!

I have to be honest. I am a very strict person when it comes to reviewing. The stay at this airbnb was literally perfect. My hygiene standards are absurdly high and I felt extremely comfortable in regard to that. The host was too kind and helpful all the time. The responsiveness was outstanding (literally seconds). I could list many more 5/5 things on here. All in all the best airbnb experience i have had so far in 5 years.

Apartment fully equipped in quiet district next to beautiful park. There are shops within walking distance for basic shopping and the National Defense metro station is within 15 minutes walking distance. Three people are comfortably accommodated. The host is very kind and helpful.

The apartment was excatly as described and the host was very helpful and responsive. The bathroom is quite small, but considering the price, the apartment is overall a great deal.
