House holiday rentals in Agia Paraskevi

Das Haus von Vasilis entspricht den Angaben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage zu den Stränden ist sehr gut und in 5 Minuten ist man dort. Theoretisch würde es auch zu Fuß funktionieren. Das olympische Ruderzentrum direkt nebenan ist auch für Läufer oder Radfahrer super. Vasilis ist auch absolut top und immer erreichbar. Unsere (zahlreichen) Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Auf dem gleichen Grundstück wurde kürzlich eine nahezu identische Villa eröffnet. Dies macht die Objekte auch sehr attraktiv für 2 Familien.

Unfortunately, we stayed at Artemis's place for a week due to doctor's orders of relaxing after being in the hospital. Staying here was the perfect definition of rest, relaxation and peace! There is plenty of privacy as you are at the highest on the hill and the neighbors are all quiet as well. We spend about 4 months of the year in AirBnB's for the last 7 years, and this place was the absolute best and we didn't want to leave. The host was terrific in responding to any needs or questions. The place is just as you see it and read about it. The small village below has many amazing taverns and places to eat and grab a coffee. Porto Rafti is a gem of a place to add to the value of Artemis's place!! Thanks Artemis for having a terrific place, see you next time!

Amazing - I could not fault this AirBnb listing in any shape or form. Kyriaki was the most accommodating host from the start and assisted with all our queries without hesitation including questions around transfers, facilities and location. Kyriaki greeted us upon arrival and talked us through key aspects of the house - she was so friendly and approachable. The house was beautiful, well located (10 min walk from the beach) and provided all the facilities to make for a more than comfortable stay. She even went above and beyond in helping us with an incident we had during our holiday, if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much again x

We had the best week ever. Maro and her family went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. The facilities are stunning, exceptionally clean and the views were amazing. As a group of 5 young girls we felt so safe and Maro & family ensured we were completely comfortable. Maro kindly cooked us a delicious bbq on our last night and John was kind enough to drop us off at the airport when we were struggling with the taxis! We would recommend this to everybody and we will be sharing with our family and friends. Thank you so much Maro & family xxx

First Andronike was very responsive l and helping.We spent as a small family a wonderful time.The bungalow, and the swiming pool have a very beautiful relaxing view.A peaceful beach are at walking distance,and a front sea restaurant as well.Porto Rafti and Artemida few kilometers away have a plenty restaurants and beach clubs. A car is recomended to explore the region and why not to visit Athenes and its monuments. I recomend strongly the place.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

The solid internet connectivity (rare in Greek Airbnbs) and newish mini-split air conditioning units together with the convenient access to the sea for swimming and a nice view make this a great place for a digital nomad to hide out for a few weeks. The unit is large (we only needed the main house—there’s another bedroom and bathroom in the back), in good repair, and offers lots of privacy and quiet. Dimitris is also a great host. We will be back soon :-)

We stayed here on 3 separate occasions during our month in Greece. We needed easy access to the Athens Airport. Georgia is very quick to respond to all questions. Loved the beautiful flowers, trees and privacy of the house which is set back from the road on a laneway. Lovely place to sit outside. Georgia's mother met us at the supermarket next door for the first visit. The size and nearness of the supermarket was a huge plus. There are 3 or 4 restaurants on the beach within walking distance. There are no good sidewalks and it's a busy road so be careful. Georgia's house is a good size and the AC works well. The bathroom is in the master bedroom, so all guests have to pass through regularly. Would better suit a family than friends sharing the accommodations. Mosquitoes are a problem during the night. I don't know how they are getting in, but my husband got several bites every night. Both bedrooms are nice and dark for sleeping. Some traffic noise at night but didn't keep us awake.

HostMaster Aethereal is nestled in an upscale, leafy suburb of Athens and it offers a peaceful stay with a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Inside, the space is immaculately clean and exceptionally well-equipped, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The internet connection is fast and reliable, and the hosting agents are both helpful and discreet, ensuring a seamless, stress-free stay from start to finish.

I had a wonderful stay at Mr Dinos during my holiday! The host was truly exceptional – very friendly, easy to communicate with. His wife too was just as warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better and made me feel completely at home. The house was exactly as described, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for everything, which made settling in a breeze. What really stood out was how generous and thoughtful the host was. He gave me extra time before check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait too long at the airport, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he even took the time to bring me to the nearby train station and showed me the way to the airport – such a kind gesture that went above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort and happiness. I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Really great location and well equipped property. Nearby supermarket and some great restaurants. Easy to get into the city by train. 1 bedroom and a sofa bed which was good space for us and our 2 children. Really nice shower. Would stay again for a trip to Athens.

This is an excellent little apartment with good amenities in a pleasant little quarter of Athens. The host, Eleni, was exceptionally helpful and pro active with every matter. Staying there for a month, we felt right at home. It is clear Eleni goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable. I fully recommend this apartment.
