Apartment holiday rentals in Agia Paraskevi

This is the second time I stayed at Danae's place. That says it all. All very good and I will definitely stay there again. Nice, comfortable, clean flat. All amenities present and in good working order. Walkable distance to metro and supermarket. Helpful host.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άμεση και αποτελεσματική. Η ιδιωτική θέση parking, πολύ χρήσιμη! Ακριβώς κάτω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείων και ο οικοδεσπότης είχε φροντίσει να μας προσφέρει και δύο εισιτήρια για τις μετακινήσεις μας. Η γειτονιά,αν και αρχικά σου δίνει την εντύπωση ότι είναι κάπως απομακρυσμένη, διαθέτει κάποια καταστήματα που μπορούν να καλύψουν όλες τις ανάγκες σας. Αν λοιπόν ψάχνετε για ένα κατάλυμα στην ευρύτερη περιοχή,το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Ήσυχη γειτονιά σε μέρος που εμπνέει ασφάλεια. Ο χώρος άψογος και καθαρός. Οι συγκοινωνίες βρίσκονται σε κάποια απόσταση από το σπίτι αλλά δεν είναι απαγορευτική για πρόσβαση με τα πόδια. Η διαμονή ήταν άψογη για το επαγγελματικό ταξίδι μου το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Τέλος οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί σε ο,τι χρειάστηκε και προσέφεραν δωράκι καλωσορίσματος στο ψυγείο.

Απίστευτο διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικότατο σημείο κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ κοντά στο μετρό σε εστιατόρια κ σε μαγαζιά….Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ένα διαμαντάκι πεντακάθαρο και είχε οτιδήποτε μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστει..με απόλυτη σιγουριά θα ερχόμουν να μείνω ξανά στο χώρο σας…

Mrs Φωτεινή's place is easiest the best place I've ever stayed in. E-ve-ry-thing is super clean, it's elegant, safe and with a private veranda and no steps, which was important to me. Communication was easy, these are the sweetest people. I absolutely loved this place, thank you so, so much!

Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung! Wir kommen wieder!!

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

Athanasios's place was exactly as described! Very clean and with more than enough amenities. The terrace was the highlight of the house, a calm oasis in Chalandri. The location is both close to the metro as well as the center of Chalandri's region, with plenty of things to do. Athanasios was extremely friendly and proactive, helping with extra things needed for a small baby and providing all the necessary information and solutions. Highly recommended!

We had a nice stay at the apartment. It was convenient to visit our friends who live in the area. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, close to the center of Halandri, as well as to the ‘remma’ (creek with path) and Metro. The apartment is well-equipped, though we didn’t need to use most of the appliances. Iraklis was friendly and very prompt to reply.

Η διαμονή μου διήρκεσε αρκετά μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα! Με ασφάλεια μπορώ να σας πω ότι είναι μια εξαιρετική οικογένεια και απίστευτοι οικοδεσπότες τα παιδιά! Από την πρώτη στιγμή σε κάνουν να νιώθεις άνετα και το βασικό είναι ότι και αν χρειαστείς είναι έτοιμοι να σε βοηθήσουν (με λίγα λόγια σε κάνουν να νιώθεις μέρος της οικογένειας τους) Η επικοινωνία με την Μαρία ήταν πάντα εξαιρετική. Όσον αφορά το σπίτι,όταν μπήκα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και έτοιμο να μου παρέχει όποια άνεση και αν χρειαζόμουν!! Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για την καθημερινότητα του, είτε είναι μόνος του είτε είναι με την οικογένεια του! Βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά σε αγορά όπως επίσης και σε μεταφορικά μέσα! Είναι ένα αρκετά φιλόξενο και ζεστό σπίτι, και δεν μπορώ να παραβλέψω με τίποτα το μεράκι και την καλό γούστο που του έχουν προσδώσει τα παιδιά! Με λίγα λόγια ΦΑΝΤΑΣΤΙΚΑ ΟΛΑ!! Σίγουρα αν στο μέλλον χρειαστεί να επιλέξω πάλι κάποια τέτοια διαμονή, θα είναι απλά η πρώτη μου επιλογή! Σας ευχαριστώ από 💙

Niki was an incredible host and our group greatly enjoyed their stay. The Greek hospitality was incredible! The space was just as described and provided a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this listing to others!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό! Είχε όλα όσα ζητάει κάποιος για την διαμονή του και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα! Ο κύριος Βασίλης απαντούσε άμεσα και πάντα σε οποιαδήποτε απορία μας. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και η τοποθεσία ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου καθώς και στον Ησαπ Ηρακλείου (15 λεπτά με τα πόδια).

Μείναμε οικογενειακώς (2 ενήλικοι και 2 παιδιά) στο διαμέρισμα κάνοντας χρήση και του καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ άνετη. Το σπίτι ήταν πραγματικά πεντακάθαρο, ησυχο και είχε ό,τι χρειάζεσαι για τη διαμονή σου. Η αυλή ήταν ό,τι πρέπει για να παίζουν και λίγο έξω τα παιδιά. Το ότι μπορούσαμε να παρκάρουμε ακριβώς δίπλα ήταν επίσης πολύ βολικό. Ο Αντρέας ήταν πολύ άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και εξυπηρετικοτατος. Η εμπειρία μας συνολικά ήταν άψογη!

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

My stay at Alfiario’s apartment was a true Airbnb experience. Alfiario was easy contactable, proactive, and welcomed us with open arms on arrival. She also took the time to recommend surrounding attractions and dining options, which we have found to be truly delightable. Very comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend Alfiaro’s accommodation, especially if you want to stay away from the typical tourist traps.

C’était incroyable mais c’est très bruyant, assurez-vous d’avoir des bouchons d’oreilles pour dormir !

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Viktor was an amazing host. Before we got to Greece he sent clear instructions on how to access the property and kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Very responsive and helpful and we couldnt have asked for a better host, thank you.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.
