Family-friendly holiday rentals in Aghios Emilianos

Panos is a fantastic host, from the fresh figs and delicious orange cake waiting in the fridge for us on our arrival, to organising a local lady to come and do some cooking for us ( a great way to taste really delicious Greek food) to being on the phone when our car broke down and acting as a translator plus lots more. The villa is a real get away from it all location and just 8 mins drive from the local buzz of the local town. It was so good that we just didn’t want to leave. The views are fantastic and better than the photos in real life. There is lots to do around and about ,lovely little beaches, great restaurants and the boat taxi to Spetse is close by as well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Thanks again Sue for a lovely peaceful few nights tucked away in Ermioni. The cottage is so sweet, cool and comfortable and contained everything you could possibly need. Sue was extremely helpful when showing us around and always responsive to messages - would definitely recommend as a fantastic holiday spot.

Superbe semaine. Appartement extrêmement bien situé. Un léger bruit le soir (place dans une rue festive), mais le double vitrage fait son travail. Ça ne nous a pas gêné. La Petite Terrasse est très sympathique et utile. Une seule salle de bain - colle annoncé- et qui mériterait peut être une mise à jour, mais on est dans les détails….

Eine Unterkunft, wie wir sie noch nie hatten: Tolle Villa, schöner Pool, Postkartenaussicht aufs Meer, ein netter Vermieter und Vieles mehr. Jederzeit wieder und dazu ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Erwähnenswert ist, dass es nur Salzwasser gibt, doch daran hatte man sich schnell gewöhnt. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage, Vaggelis.

Beautiful home with scenic outdoor areas. Host is very accommodating and responds quickly if there are any issues. Perfect location for a family vacation.

if you're looking for something that's a little outside of the big cities in Greece this is a place to check out. be careful of Google maps as some of the roads are not there that are listed in Google maps. the location in Villa are beautiful with the swimming pool in views. a nice Oasis. to make it even better we were greeted with fresh homemade Greek cookies.

We had such a wonderful stay, the Airbnb was so beautiful!! Florian was super helpful met us straight off the ferry and guided us to the Airbnb and helped us with local recommendations. The Airbnb was perfect and had such amazing views, would highly recommend.

Η βιλα του Mark εχει καταπληκτική θεα, εξαιρετικα λειτουργικους χωρους (εξωτερκους και εσωτερικους) και ιδιωτικοτητα. Ο Mark ειναι φιλικος και εξυπηρετικος σε οτι χρειαστείς.

I truly appreciated all about this place. - Dimitrios is a great host - welcoming and caring - always fast to respond and help. His place felt like home within just few days - easily accessible and withl all needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the proximity of the little church, lovely outdoor space and the interesting neighbourhood. Dimitrios helped me a lot - kindly organising the mule transport and also a boat trip. I definitely recommend Dimitrios' place to all and I will be back soon! Thank you.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στον Πόρο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε ιδανική , ήσυχη τοποθεσία ,πεντακάθαρο και ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή της καταχώρησης. Ο Νικόλας και η μητέρα του ήταν απολύτως επικοινωνιακοί και πρόθυμοι να συνδράμουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε με συμβουλές και κατατοπιστικές πληροφορίες. Με την άφιξή μας είχαν προνοήσει για κρύα εμφιαλωμένα νερά και παγάκια στο ψυγείο ,καθώς και μια ποιοτική σπιτική λεμονάδα για να φρεσκαριστούμε. Επίσης μας έδωσαν την ευκαιρία της ευέλικτης αναχώρησης και γενικά ήταν από τους οικοδεσπότες που τιμούνε τη φιλοξενία και σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι σαν να βρίσκεσαι σε οικείο χώρο. Η οργανωμένη παραλία ήταν στα 50 μέτρα απόσταση και δίπλα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος για τις αγορές τελευταίας στιγμής. Στα υπέρ του χώρου το ιδιωτικό ασφαλές πάρκινγκ και η απίστευτη θέα από τις δύο βεράντες. Γενικά θα πρότεινα στους δυνητικά υποψήφιους μελλοντικούς ενοικιαστές να μην χάνουν το χρόνο τους αναζητώντας που θα μείνουν στο νησί......

the traditional stone house is a cosy family home with old world charm. We really enjoyed the view over the sea from the terrace and the great walks through the neighbourhood, to the harbour and on the surrounding hillsides. There were very good restaurants, cafes and bakers. Swimming in the sea was perfect. A very relaxing holiday!

What an amazing place to stay!! It is incredible, clean and with a stunning view!! Everything was amazing, the communication with Eleanna was easy and her parents are very friendly and ready to help anytime. It’s walkable and very close to the centre (10minutes walking) and I definitely recommend it and will be back for sure!!

Ioannis’ apartment was the perfect place for our stay on Hydra. The apartment is very well located just off one of the main streets up from the harbour. It was spotless and well equipped, with everything we could possibly need during our stay including basic cooking essentials and even a few toiletries. It has AC and fans to keep you cool, and has a little courtyard to sit out in with a beautiful lemon tree (and a talkative cat). What really made the stay special was Ioannis’ hospitality. He met us at the harbour with Penelope the donkey, who carried our bags up to the house. He showed us the best supermarket and ATMs to use on the island and talked us through how everything worked in the house. He smiled and waved when we saw him around town during the week, and then met us on the last day to carry our bags back down, even bringing a little present with him for us to use. The whole experience was fantastic, and we’ll be recommending the house to our family and friends!

We loved our stay in Hydra! The house has the perfect location – it’s very close to everything, but also has an amazing view, all without having to climb flights of stairs. Very tastefully designed with authentic objects, it has everything you need for a relaxing stay – simple, traditional, and full of old-world charm. George was a wonderful host – from helping us with luggage, great recommendations, to conversations and food, we appreciated his attention to detail and hospitality. Hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing vacation! Fantastic villa, spacious, private, with beautiful gardens, patios, and a refreshing outdoor shower:) The house is supplied with anything you might need, including a nice selection of books. Fully stocked kitchen (olive oil, spices, fresh fruit, coffee and bottled water). Having a second 2 piece bathroom on the main floor as well as a washing machine was super convenient. We appreciated the eclectic decor and comfy furniture- it felt relaxing, artsy, homey, and loved! Thank you, Tracy and Georgia, hope to visit again 💗🤞

Ich habe die Zeit auf Odyssey Glamping sehr genossen. Die Zelte sind wunderschön und super praktisch eingerichtet. Auch das eigene Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Am Strand und Pool sind tolle Liegen und Sonnenschutz. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Toll sind auch die E-Bikes zum Ausleihen. Katerina und Christina (und alle anderen Mitarbeitenden) sind super herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisende sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr nette Gespräche geführt. Katerina ist eine unglaublich gute Köchin. Ich hatte das große Glück ihre Kochkünste genießen zu dürfen. Auch der Kochkurs ist toll! Ich kann diesen Urlaubsort nur empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Ein absolutes Paradies!

Villa Anna is everything you read in the great reviews and more. The house has everything you might need, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. The view is amazing with balconies and terrace all around. I enjoyed immensely sitting in the winter sun and enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. The hosts were super helpful. Highly recommended and we hope to be back someday.

Great house with a big pool. A few minutes walk to a beautiful little beach. Porto Heli only 10 mins in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.

Firstly Katrina and Dimitri were a delight. The villa is in the most stunning location and was fully equipped with everything you needed, The photos do not fully do it justice. Some additional usual information The Lefka campsite just below the villa were happy for us to visit their restaurant/bar which has a great menu and stunning view. We simply explained where we were staying ( directly above it) and they were happy. The walk to Vivari is not as scary as it looks. Walk both ways on the sea side of the road and when cars come along they all make a lot of space for you. We did it about 20 times and never had an issue even at night. It isn’t very busy and you can hear the cars from a long way away. Vivari has wonderful restaurants, especially the two on the beach and Borelis. Visit Maria's supermarket in Drepanou as she is great. Nafplio is wonderful. Visit both Epidavros theatre and Mycenae castle (3,500 years old) Ask Katrina and Dimitri for a great reliable taxi driver.

We loved staying here. Walkable to the main town (although quite a steep hill so maybe a consideration if you are older or have reduced mobility) but my 3 and 6 year old managed it fine! Loved the view and general light and airy feel. Having the swimming pool access in the complex was also great. I really recommend this as a base to explore Spetses. Manos was really helpful and when the Nespresso machine didn’t work he had it replaced the next day. Very responsive!

This was the perfect place for our family to come and enjoy Hydra. Marc was so easy to communicate and very friendly and relaxed. Loved the patio area by the pool. Thoughtful amenities. Loved it
