Apartment holiday rentals in Afytos

Не ошибусь если скажу что это одно из лучших локаций в городе. с одной стороны очень близко к центру, но с другой очень тихо. Дом расположен внизу, соответственно не нужно постоянно ходить вверх и вниз. Очень рядом пляж, супермаркет, рестораны. Отдельного внимания заслуживают вид с балкона и жувущий рядом павлин :) Хозяин очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Очень рекомендую!

Sehr nette Gastgeber mit einem wunderschönen Haus am Hügel! Haben auf unsere Anfrage auch ein bisschen Kleidung gewaschen & und tolle Tipps (mit Broschüre) gegeben. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Ps.: In der Beschreibung steht irgendwo, Kinder dürften am Pool & Spielplatz nicht unbeaufsichtigt sein- es gibt kein Pool aber wir haben es auch nicht erwartet :) denke das war ein Übersetzungsfehler.

Wir hatten einen Super Aufenthalt in Dinos Apartment. Es war alles da und dinos war ständig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit :)

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

It was really nice staying at Michalis, we shared some traditional Romanian drinks and then he came back with something from his side. He's a really nice guy helping with directions, best restaurants/beaches, where's the best place to buy olive oil :)) and many more. It's mandatory to rent a boat for a day because the place is just gorgeous and Michalis has his own boats meaning it's really easy to do so. Overall - a great location, very private, cosy and a 10/10 host.

Ev sahibi, ev çok iyi temizdi, 4 arkadaş araba ile gidip bu evde kaldık. Teras 'dan deniz görüyor, balkon keyifli, evde aradığınız herşey vardı, yatak çarşaf havlu temizdi..yürüyerek bir alt paralelde denize ulaşabiliyorsunuz..deniz iyi sayılır. Bölgeye yakın lokasyonlara araba ile gezilebilir. Çok memnun kaldık

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft! Die Aussicht vom Haus ist super schön und die Ruhe perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vorallem wegen der tollen und liebenswerten Gastgeberin. Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen.

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Ende Oktober ist die Saison vorüber und es war kaum etwas los und vieles schon geschlossen, was wir aber okay fanden und die Ruhe sehr genossen haben. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern – modern, geräumig und gemütlich. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sogar mit Basics wie Öl und Salz, was sehr praktisch war. Iro ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, die viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort legt. Sie hat sich wirklich darum gekümmert, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Empfehlenswert!

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Es war eine tolle Auszeit- super Lage...mittendrin und doch ruhig. Strand in 2 min. erreichbar.. Frisches Obst, Wasser im Kühlschrank- selbstgemachter Oregano, Olivenöl und Ouzo zum Probieren stand bereit.

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Burası dubleks bir ünite zemin kat oturma odasında bir çift kişilik yatak ve banyodan oluşmakta. üst kat ise bir çift kişilik yatak ve tuvaletten ile bir lavabo fan ibaret. Hem alt hem üst kat mükemmel bir deniz manzarası sunuyor. Dabah kahvaltısı istenilen zamanda odaya servis ediliyor ve gayet yeterli. Dört kişilik bir aile olmamıza rağmen gerçekten doyırucu idi, kruvasan ve hamur işleriiyoğunlukta olmasına karşın çeşit açıdından yeterli. Villanın havuzu ve pavilionu son derece estetik ve kullanışlı. Çam ormanları ve ulu zeytin ağaçları içinde sessiz sakin bir tatil deneyimi isteyenler için mükemmel. Sitenin hemen altında yürüme mesafesinde özel bir plajı var 5-6 şemsiye ve şezlong.ddahili ve denizi güzel fakat tsşlık. Bu yüzden gelecekler mutlaka plaj ayskkabıdı getirmeli. İletişim oldukça içten ve cana yakın. Ben ve ailem kaldığımız süre boyunca çok keyif aldık tereddütsüz bir şekilde tercih eeeeedebili

We stayed at the apartment from September 22nd up to September 26th. The apartment was great and was equipped with all the required items to ensure an enjoyable stay. Communication with Ivan before and during our stay was easy, friendly and helpful. On our final day our flight out of Thessaloniki was late in the evening and because no other guest would be arriving the same day we were allowed to stay until 18.00 which enabled us to freshen up before leaving for home. As our stay was at the end of the summer season there weren't a lot of tourists around resulting in a low key and quiet setting, something we enjoyed very much. In Nea Poteidaia everything was easily reachable by foot, we especially enjoyed eating at To Kritamo and the great view from our balcony. All in all a great place to stay and a great host!

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Nice and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room and enough space for up to 5 persons. Big jacuzzi in the balcony - perfect for the hot weather. Apartment close to the beach and restaurants with very delicious food. Would recommend to others.

Wir haben zu viert eine schöne Woche bei Stella in der Unterkunft erleben dürfen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sogar ein Korb mit einheimischen Geschenken erwartete uns. Mitte der Woche hat Stella uns sogar frische Handtücher angeboten, einfach toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man kann den Abend im Garten bei einem fantastischen Jasminduft genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine süße Überraschung war ein hausgemachten Orangenkuchen . Noch nie haben wir eine so gute Gastgeberin bei Airbnb erlebt. Danke für alles, wer weiß vielleicht kommen wir bald wieder.

Great place to rest in Pefkohori. One of the best places I've ever stayed. The apartment had everything you needed. The bathtub is a super good idea. After the beach, taking a nice bath is a great experience. The bedroom is great and very comfortable and the lighting throughout the apartment creates a great ambiance in the evening. Amazing place, definitely recommend. It is meters away from the historic center of Pefkohori with its small and wonderful restaurants, different from the commercial restaurants along the beach street. Great apartment.

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!
