Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

wij hebben twaalf dagen verbleven in het heerlijke huis van Antonella. De woning voelt ruimer dan de fotos van Airbnb. Het huis heeft een fijne voortuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Antonella is een fantastische host, we hebben regelmatig wat gevraagd over de omgeving of praktische tips, ze reageert ontzettend snel en is zo vriendelijk. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen waardoor deze locatie een fijne uitvalsbasis is. Door het warme welkom en de gastvrijheid voel je je gelijk thuis. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

What a great location. Beautiful sunrise looking out over the water with breakfast on the balcony was a highlight. Apartment located on the edge of Nidri within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes whatever you need. Ideal location for hiring a car, parking off street right in front of apartment and a great base for getting around the island. Flexible check-in was another bonus for this beautiful spot. Highly recommend. Only downside, for me, was that we didn't meet host. But loved the place.

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

Totally loved Nikos place… one of our faves on many Greek road trips. Being a stand alone rooftop mini house was great. Very clean & stylish in a fuss free groovy way like the considered placement of fab built in furniture. Good lighting especially the ceiling recess. Gorgeous picture window & terrace with great view & surrounds. The groovy little kitchen had all one would need for a longer stay than our two nights though we only enjoyed morning coffee and koulouri (from coffee place very quick walk away) on the terrace as so many great food options in Nafpaktos we ate out for all meals. Mexican Bulldog was a fun change from the usual yummy food in Greece. The bed and pillows were comfy and felt fresh plus loved the huge bathroom basin, great taps and even a small bath. The tap water was wonderfully pure for drinking and showering. Nikos being a great guy made the stay even more enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed a week or more.

Siamo stati al cottege di Magdalena dal 2 al 9 giugno, periodo perfetto per non trovare troppa gente sulle spiagge. La villa è ben tenuta, ordinata e pulita. Dal terrazzo vista spettacolare sul mare con tramonti indescrivibili! Si sente un pò il rumore della strada sottostante. La proprietaria, pur non essendo fisicamente presente, è stata sempre disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili su quale spiagge visitare e quali ristoranti prenotare. Serve l' auto in quanto rimane fuori dal centro abitato ma era quello che cercavamo. Consigliato al 100%. Grazie ancora Magdalena per la tua disponibilità!

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

What an amazing place!! Cannot wait to return…Kefalonia and the villa was amazing. The villa is even better than the pictures. Really clean, modern, private and relaxing. Great location for exploring the island. Pantelis provided lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The cleaner also provided a wonderful service and worked really hard keeping all four villas in pristine condition. There’s a lovely little beach 5 minutes walk from the villa. Argostoli capital is a 15 minute drive away and is a lovely place to visit, head down there early and see the fisherman feed the turtles. We fell in love with Kefalonia and the villa and would definitely return.

We saw Sarakiniko cottage last time we visited Poros Kefalonia and always wanted to stay there and we were so happy we came back. We had a lovely relaxing week and so thankful to Babis and his wife who were wonderful hosts, thanks so much!

Die Woche bei Kostas war einfach traumhaft. Der CheckIn war problemlos und die Kommunikation jederzeit super. Auch während des Aufenthalts war Kostas super erreichbar und hat alle Fragen sofort beantwortet und alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Villa ist einfach wunderschön und super schön gelegen. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen fehlt es an nichts. Perfekt um zu entspannen und Sonne zu tanken. Jeden Morgen begann ich mit einem Kaffee auf der Terrasse und danach eine Runde im Pool. Besser kann der Tag kaum beginnen. Kostas hat super viele und tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Je nachdem was macht sucht und machen möchte. So hatte ich viele tolle Momente auf Kefalonia.

Villa Bambola is everything you would hope for in a holiday destination, beautiful accommodation, well appointed, fantastic outdoor facilities, including large terrace, infinity pool, loungers, barbeque and outdoor dining, all with wonderful views and sunsets. Neil provided ice cold bottled water, wine, fruit and charcoal for the BBQ on arrival. There are numerous restaurants and mini markets near by. We loved Ionian View and Chefolonia. Our favourite beach was Agios Thomas which is a 7 minute drive with parking at the beach, along with a lovely beach side taverna. The turtles of Agostoli harbour were an added delight. Fiskardo, while a 90 minute drive is worth the visit. We will definitely be back, Thanks Neil and Alexandra for a lovely stay !

My family and I had the most amazing time at Eleni’s home. Stunning views, so peaceful and a short walk into the main square and the famous 3 Wise Monkeys restaurant (5 star food). Assos is the quintessential Greek village.

The villa is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful and thoughtfully designed layout. Each bedroom has its own stylish shower, adding to the comfort and luxury. The views of the sea and Assos Castle are breathtaking, creating a perfect backdrop for our stay. We had an unforgettable experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

This villa is absolutely stunning, spacious, in a private quiet location with beautiful views - just what we needed for our first vacation as newlyweds! We enjoyed waking up every morning to the sun beaming in across the terrace. Many reviews suggested hiring a car, however there were plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and two beaches within walking distance. We actually spent a lot of our time reading by the infinity pool. We particularly enjoyed the food at Sea Salt on the beachfront and a day out on one of the boats. All of the locals were so friendly too. We couldn't thank William enough for all that he did for us during our stay from arranging taxis, booking us restaurants, giving us recommendations, assisting when there were issues with the WiFi and even held our bags for us on the last day when we had a late flight. We would gladly return to the island.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut in alle Richtungen los starten um die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse bietet auch die Möglichkeit eine Sporteinheit durchzuführen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Yoga Session am Morgen mit Meditation, dazu gibt es vor Ort auch Yogamatten. Die beiden Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und wir wurden behandelt wie deren Kinder !!! Wir kommen wieder.

Very clean and fully equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood, really close to the center of Nafpaktos. The kids loved the yard. We will definitely come back

We could not have enjoyed Octupus’s Garden more! There were three of us and the house was perfect in every way. Dionysia and her brother Dimitri were so lovely and accommodating . The location was perfect- could easily walk everywhere in town. Having two bathrooms with 3 people was a big plus. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I highly recommend their place and Boulevard boats … 5 stars all around

5 adultes+2 enfants 2 et4 ans, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette superbe maison, propre et très lumineuse. Arrivés à 12 PM, nous avons été accueillis avec des fruits et du vin par Yannis. Nous avions son contact direct en cas de besoin. La villa a 4 ch spacieuses avec 3 sdb/toilettes dont 1 en rdc. La plus grande a vue sur le golfe. Petit détail, apportez gel douche et shampoing. Il y a plusieurs terrasses dont une sur le toit pour les lever-coucher de soleil, un jardin et une plage privée juste de l'autre côté de la rue. La villa est très bien équipée, serviettes, kayak, wifi, clim… à notre demande, Rachel avait mis un lit bébé de voyage. Merci. La cuisine spacieuse a tout le nécessaire. Il y a quelques produits pour démarrer, juste un petit oubli avec l’absence de thé et de café pour notre premier petit déjeuner. Le quartier est calme avec commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le dernier jour, l’accord d’un départ tardif nous a beaucoup aidé. Super séjour. Merci.

Penelope’s Villa is excellent. We felt very much at home there. Spiros met us and took our luggage to the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. We appreciated the home made gifts very much. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times during our 14 night stay and cleaning standards were excellent. The views of Kioni are breathtaking. The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the village by steps or road. There are great places to eat and drink around the waterside. Penelope’s communication was excellent and she gave us good recommendations for eating places in Vathy and places to visit, she really cares about her visitors and ensuring that they are happy. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at the cottage! The place was spotless, charming, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to the sea (you can hear the waves at night). I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Best air b and b I have stayed at so far!

Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο, βολικό και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η φιλοξενία της Κας Ευγενίας ήταν υπέροχη και μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις.

Siamo una famiglia con due bimbe piccole. Le istruzioni fornite da Elinti per raggiungere l'appartamento sono state chiare e semplici. L'appartamento è un'oasi di pace e serenità. Il balcone sul mare e la spiaggia a due passi rendono la sosta presso la struttura piacevolissima. Cucina bagno e servizi perfetti. Per chi come noi viaggia in 4 le dimensioni dell'appartamento rendono i soggiorni lunghi un po' difficoltosi ma per noi che siamo rimasti 3 giorni con l'intenzione di visitare i posti limitrofi è stato perfetto. Consiglio l'appartamento a chi voglia fare una sosta per rilassarsi un po'. L'host è gentilissima e sempre disponibile a rispondere a tutte le informazioni necessarie.
