Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aegean Islands

The place was great. Location was perfect for us: close to some true gems food wise, beaches, wineries, etc. We loved it. We stayed 1 week, so we truly got a chance to enjoy it. Was also able to yoga in the morning with a view on the olive trees. All the little attentions made us feel welcomed.

What an amazing location! Right where you want to be but a little outside of the main crowds. Alekos has great communication and ensures you are taken care of the entire trip. He owns the bakery at the top of the stairs from the Airbnb and provides fresh breakfast pastries every morning… they were excellent! He also helped us with transportation and restaurant recommendations. He does it all! The space was nice and cozy while also very clean. It was perfect for my wife and I on our honeymoon. We would highly recommend Alekos as a host and place to stay!

It was a stay that far exceeded what I expected. Thank you so much for Mr. Mert and his wife. The nature is very beautiful, you can drink your coffee and chat while rabbits pass in front of you among the mulberry trees. The house is bigger and more comfortable than it appears in the pictures. The hosts are very caring people. They respond to questions quickly. Although there are minor deficiencies, I am sure that they will be eliminated as soon as possible. I would love to go back.

Great communicative host, beautiful house - the pictures don’t do it justice!

Absolutely magical! Roula’s stone house is an incredibly picturesque and charming place to stay. The terrace is a dream – shaded naturally by a tree and offering a stunning view of the sunset. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with everything you might need. A little heads-up for tall people: the doorway to the terrace is a bit low – you might want to duck (don’t worry, we laughed every time!). There are some fantastic tavernas just around the corner, and it’s the perfect starting point for scenic hikes through the area. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

There were three of us in the accommodation to visit friends in Karystos. It was all fine. A beautiful beach at the foot of the mountain, about seven minutes by car to Karystos, which is necessary for Euboea. The beds were very comfortable, the location very quiet with a beautiful view of the bay. We would like to book it again soon. :-)

Communication between the manager and us was impeccable happy to order taxis and direct us to the shops, we were un fortunate to have gale force winds during our last two days but Rania ensured we were safe and happy. The approach to the villa is a little scary at first but once you get used to the steep decent your good to go, I would advise two smaller cars as apposed to a large people carrier which we had as turning can be tight for the larger cars,

This airb&b was AMAZING! Views were incredible. Host was great and responded quickly and we rented a car from the son which was 40€ per day. Host arranged someone to meet us at the port and showed us to our room. Truly, the only downfall was that the bed was incredibly firm (one of the worst beds I’ve slept in) but the views totally made it worth it! We felt very safe and would definitely stay again!

Just as shown in the photos. The space is well appointed, the views over Plaka and the Acropolis are 2nd to none, and the location places you right in the heart of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife!

It was a fantastic place, in the heart of AntiParos. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The house is a gem, full of design details - oh my god the bathroom is so pretty!

We wish we had more time in Ios! Hugh’s place is amazing and we were very pleased with the hospitality. We missed our ferry, causing us to miss out on a day in Ios, and Hugh was kind enough to refund us some money since we missed out on a day. The views from the balcony are so beautiful, the private pool is lovely, and the inside was decorated so cute!

This location was absolutely breathtaking. It is even better than the pictures, if you can imagine. We stayed in this family villa with our 2 children (ages 8 and 14). It was perfect for our needs. We stayed 2 nights. It is like a hotel, there is check in at front desk, they are incredibly welcoming and helpful with recommendations. It is located in the middle of the pedestrian so you are in the middle of everything on the Caldera. Can not have a better location. Definitely recommend this location, you won't be dissappointed!!

The location of the house was really nice, it was very easy to get everywhere. The house was clean and as shown in the pictures. Mr. Gökhan was a very caring host, thank you very much, we will definitely come again:)

We had a wonderful stay in Paros! The place was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located — close to everything we needed and a great base for exploring the island. What truly made the experience exceptional was our host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and hands-on. He took the time to sit down with us and review the island, pointing out must-see spots, local favorites, and hidden gems we would’ve never found on our own. On the day of our departure, he even walked us to the port and helped carry our luggage — such a kind and thoughtful gesture that went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I can recommend Gigi's apartment 100%! The communication was great, clear and pleasant from the start. The furnishings corresponded to the pictures and were supplemented by loving, local products (including honey, jam). There was a daily cleaning service and the location was perfect for exploring the island. ☺️ Great value for money and always worth a trip!

We loved our stay in this apartment. The view was beautiful and the design of the apartment was well thought out and felt very authentic. The little touches like recessed lighting, electric shutters, fans, aircon, and antique furniture were much appreciated and elevated our stay — we found it very well suited to short term stays. In general, it would have been nice if there was slightly more upkeep/ freshening up of the place (particularly in the kitchen) but that was our only real gripe. Similarly, the furniture, despite being pretty, was not very functional, especially in the twin room and kitchen (which could benefit from a little revamp and restock of supplies like more cooking apparatus and better washing up facilities). But as we were only there for 3 days, it didn’t bother us much and instead we ate out for every meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, authentic design, responsive host and beautiful views.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

First off, the rooftop views: wow wow wow!!! 🤩 the check in is easy. Mind you there’s a small elevator that’ll fit one person with one suitcase, so you might have to make a few trips. And make sure you can carry up your bags one flight of stairs as it does not reach the top floor. Inside was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed is a little snug for two but we only stayed one night and it was comfortable for us. The place it self is quite small but let’s be honest, you visit Athens to go out and avoid it and not stay inside. Coming home was amazing though to see the acropolis lite up. Breathtaking. Upon arrival we noted the outside tub was a little dirty and Andrés was amazing and continued to check in on us. I told him about the tub and he immediately sent someone to come and clean it (there was random rain that happened before we came so I’m sure that’s where it came from). He also gave some good restaurant recommendations. Andrés was 10/10 & we will definitely stay again

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

The photos don’t do this place justice! The balcony and view is a dream and everything you could want from Athens. The host was communicative and so nice with the preparations for our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Athens!
