It is situated less than 10km from the airport and 15km from the city center of Thessaloniki.It's on the main road between Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki.Fully equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances. Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains and is 3 km from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest view in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, seating area (3 seater sofa bed), open kitchen and balcony, and 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.

The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
