Staying at Albert's was a great experience during our 4 day stay! Alberto was very kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. When we had some issue, he came immediately and fixed it. The bungalow was clean and cozy, the bathroom with no signs of mold. Air conditioning came in handy during hot days. I also appreciate the possibility of renting a bike, which made it easier for us to move to the beach and to the store and to the sunset :) it was easy, but more than we expected it was in handy. The beach was only 10 minutes away and we were delighted with the showers and toilets there, so we were able to refresh ourselves after swimming. Also in the grounds with the bungalows there were garden showers which was handy especially for our baby who was full of sand. The only thing I would name is the lack of some types of dishes. That's why we decided once to visit an excellent restaurant right next door that even offered gluten-free pizza. Overall, we were very satisfied and I recommend this accommodation to all who are looking for a quiet place to relax

We had a great time in Annalisa's bungalow. The garden and the park with playground are beautiful and very well maintained, there are also herbs to pick yourself. The bungalow was well equipped, there was everything you need. The beach is quickly reached on foot and the beach cart with parasol is very practical. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

Alberto has been very helpful in his communication and overall friendly. The cabin is small, but as advertised and fully equipped.

A tastefully renovated, clean, welcoming cottage. We parked every 5-10 minutes by bike, the car was parked in front of the bungalow. It was better than I expected. Perfect for three people.

We had a wonderful stay at Annalisa's place! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Already upon our arrival, she welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and made sure that we feel comfortable immediately. During our entire stay, she was always available, supported us with every question and looked after us excellently with her warm manner. The apartment is located in a beautiful garden and is only about 10 minutes walk through a picturesque forest path from the natural beach – simply fantastic! The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need. There is the possibility to use bicycles for free, and even everything you need for a perfect barbecue evening is available. If you travel by car, you can park comfortably and for free in the garden. We will definitely be back

We were thrilled with the location right on the beach and the surrounding area in the pine forest. You should only have enough insect repellent with you, otherwise sitting outside on the terrace will quickly be annoying. The apartment was super equipped and Silvia was always available for questions. Even helped us find a connection to Venice. The office for check-in and questions is located directly on the complex. We were looking for something because it's right on the other side. Each home has its own parking space right on the property. We will be happy to come back :-)

we had a perfect stay at Annalisa's. the little houses are comfortable and well-equiped. the garden around is beautiful. Annalisa and her family are really nice and attentive to your needs. the area is quiet and green, you can enjoy beach at 10 minutes by foot. it is super easy to go and take the boat to visit Venezia and all the islands or bike around the laguna! we recommend and hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay the children were delighted between the sea a stone's throw away, the varied games by the driveway that leads to the beach, two very good restaurants and as a bonus blue ice cream! What more could you ask for! Being able to get to Venice easily? It's also possible thanks to the bus at the end of the street that takes you to the Vaporetto. We also visited Murano and Burano a pleasure for the eyes🤩. In addition, a thoughtful host who guided us very well and advised us to organize our stay as best as possible. Accurate messages with all the necessary information well before we leave, and always very responsive to responses. We had the pleasure of finding a bottle of prosecco and small chocolate eggs to welcome us🙏. The kids even had a little surprise on the day they checked out. We recommend eyes closed thank you again!

The beautiful bungalow was exactly as Silvia had described. Our communication before the trip was very good. If you have any questions, we have always received very good support in the reservation. The bungalow complex is a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is great with a child. We can recommend Silvia's bungalows without exception. We hope to be back again soon.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

Our stay at the place was just great! Everything was very clean, quiet and beautifully private – ideal for switching off. For us as a family, it was especially important that there were play opportunities for the children. The extra equipment with bicycles and a beach car was a real plus. Annalisa was super friendly, warm and always easy to reach. The entire complex is very well maintained - a real green lung! In just 8 minutes you are at the beautifully clean beach with a lifeguard. There is a small market and a good pizzeria just around the corner. Venice and similar destinations are easily accessible from the Punta Sabbioni port, just 5 minutes away. A private parking space on the premises was also available. We simply felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

Annalisa was really a great host, she was always available and never bothered. The entire property was fantastic, very quiet location in the middle of nature plus large garden. The bungalows are super divided so each guest has their privacy, we were really very surprised with the cleanliness in the bungalow and also the entire property which Annalisa's dad maintains with a lot of love. Each bungalow also has a large terrace. A mini market is right around the corner and restaurants are also very easy to reach by bike where there is very good food. Annalisa provides the bicycles and beach umbrellas free of charge, which is a dream. The beach is really close to the property and easily accessible. The beach is very quiet with lots of shells :-) We had one of our best vacations there and thank Annalisa and her dear family again! See you next year Kind regards, Giota +Sven
