This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

If I can give it 10 stars, I would! We were lost during our trip and could not make the agreed upon check-in time but Alessandro did the impossible and performed miracles so we could still check in despite how late we were. He was incredibly friendly and kind while also being proactive--he helped us check in easily, asked us about the apartment and our time there the next morning, and he even gave us delicious recommendations for food nearby (only 4 minutes away and one that was 1 minute away). The airbnb is beautiful and comfortable, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and everything is quiet and peaceful. Lovely place, lovely host!

L'appartamento, spazioso pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, si trova all'interno di una corte di un castello. Alessandro è stato gentile ospitale e disponibile. Nella nostra vacanza abbiamo visitato la Riserva Naturale Bosco della Mesola, le valli di Comacchio arrivando fino a Ravenna. Consiglio volentieri l'appartamento.

Esperienza stupenda l'host Andrea super gentile e disponibilissimo, ci ha dato parecchi consigli per farci sentire a proprio agioe goderci al meglio il soggiorno. Appartamento impeccabile,molto curato e completo di tutto, in pieno centro a Chioggia. Consigliato al 100%.

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Antonella qui est une hôtesse des plus charmante, prévenante et disponible. Le logement est vraiment très agréable, cosy, fonctionnel, très propre, parfait. Tout y est fait pour qu'on s'y sente comme dans un cocons. Un plus une surprise nous y attendait. Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.

Villa Roberti is straight out of a fairy tale, with beauty challenging the capabilities of even the most imaginative human brain. There exists a kind of magic on the property that one must experience firsthand. While the villa can’t help but lend itself to being adored, it was Alessandra’s kindness and hospitality that made this trip truly unforgettable.

Edoardo nagyon nagyon nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt mindenben, hálások vagyon neki! Ennyire jól felszerelt lakással még nem találkoztam, illetve rengeteg információ is található a lakásban a városról, programokról, közlekedésről. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése is könnyen megtaláltuk, illetve könnyen és gyorsan eljutottunk Velencébe. Csak ajánlani tudom Őt és a lakást. Köszönünk mindent Edoardo! :)

Great place to stay right outside Venice just a quick 25 minute train stop from the island. The unit is super cute and clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Parking is very convenient. Host is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

This place is a wonderful peaceful gem. The gardens are a delight, so beautiful, along with the exemplary facilities like the outdoor kitchen, complete with everything you would need. outdoor sofas , and seating areas, the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, all pure Luxury , as was the apartment. Everything you could have wanted was there for you , the attention to detail first class. And the host was wonderful. Huge thank you, we will be back 😊

The place was stunning with all the latest appliances in the kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. They organized multiple transfers for us, and they were all incredibly smooth. There was always somebody waiting for us to take us to our destination. When my mom was injured, Dimitri personally helped us get to the airport and transported our luggage for us separately since it would have been too much for me to carry it all on public transport. Not only is the place beautiful, clean, unique, and in a great location, but the hosts are truly great humans and anyone staying with them is in good hands.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to wherever you want to be. We had a slight mishap with the shower drain but they explained that this happens rarely during high tide given that the unit is on the ground floor. And they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Also the private transfer they arranged for us was absolutely worth it. It is a bit pricey BUT we felt it was worth the convenience and not having to worry about a thing...and the private water taxi itself is like a beautiful boat tour of Venice. We would gladly stay here again if/when we make it back to Venice!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Stefania was an incredibly gracious host! The playful decor mixed with the historical architecture was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful home. The location was walkable for all of the locations that we wanted to visit in Ravenna, and we would love to visit this beautiful city and Stefania’s beautiful home again!

Wonderful stay! Our host was very friendly and told us a both of recommendations on what do in the city. My friend and I loved the bath tub and sauna! Would stay again.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
