Perfect for a large family and even for couples. In fact you can stay in house for your entire vacation and still have plenty of fun without leaving the property.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this gem of a home. George was constantly in touch and made sure we had directions, easy access and everything we needed during our stay. He even included pastry and bread, in addition to good coffee! The house has a beautiful patio that overlooks the river which is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend a few days in the beautiful mountain region.

Frankly, Adam and this home were heaven-sent for our group. Our group had a significant change of plans and Adam went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure everyone had the best possible experience in Puerto Rico. He tirelessly helped me navigate the nuance of communicating with local vendors and put forth significant energy to find the perfect itinerary for our group. After learning that we were a group of freshwater scientists, he connected us with experiences that would hold special significance for us. More than that, he thought of all obstacles we might face and proactively offered solutions. Undeniably, the home we stayed in was lovely beyond imagination with incredible views and amenities to make everyone comfortable, but Adam and his team are what made our stay truly special. It is so lucky to find a place whose caretakers clearly love it so and will do whatever they can to share its magic with others. Highly recommend working with Adam for the perfect vacation!

Ivany’s place is a dream come true. A home away from home in the center of the rainforest. The only sounds that you will hear are the nature sounds. So peaceful. The apartment itself is sparkly clean, good WiFi, comfortable beds, lots of amenities, a great outdoor Jacuzzi and a short forest trail that is right outside the apartment. A heavenly haven it is! Do not hesitate. Go for it!

Joel, your home was more than perfect. My 2 toddlers saw lizards for the first time and heard coquis for the first time on your property. Your home will be a core memory of ours forever. Josefina's property is a great place to rest and work. The house was spotless and I felt right at home. She was communicative and helpful. Her property is located in the Angeles Ward in Utuado, hidden from the turmoil of downtown. I recommend her property to any guest from Airbnb.

We stayed at this Airbnb for just two nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The host was very communicative and welcoming, which made everything smooth and easy. The place looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dining table, cookware, coffee, and paper towels. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with fresh towels and hand soap, which was a nice touch. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, with clean bedding, an iron, and a blow dryer provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the entire place nice and cool. Another huge plus was the private parking space and the relaxing patio area—perfect for winding down in the evening. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything we needed during our stay. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and will definitely keep this Airbnb at the top of our list whenever we come back to Ponce, PR. Highly recommend it to anyone l

We loved our stay here! The view and experience from the balcony are breathtaking - cooking and lounging on the hammocks out there was so peaceful and amazing. It was so amazing falling asleep to the sounds of nature. Warm and sunny during the day, nice and cool in the mornings and at night. We had no problems with bugs/mosquitoes/wildlife despite how immersed in nature the home is, maybe because of the altitude and cooler mountain weather. Grisel and Pancho were incredibly kind, our Puerto Rican grandparents :) we will be happy to come stay here again! Much love to you two!

Not recommended for people with problems climbing stairs. To go from/to the apartment, there is a stair that can be a little stiff for old people like us.😜 Other than that, wonderful!

Lugar comodo, acogedor, limpio, con facil acceso, lugar seguro y tranquilo. La persona encargada como los anfitriones son muy amables, y siempre mantuvieron buena comunicacion. En PR se va la luz constantemente y una de las noches de nuestra estadia se fue el servicio, pero gracias a que la propiedad cuenta con placas solares pudimos resolver con los abanicos y mi familia (incluyendo menores) pudimos descansar bien. Tambien tiene cisterna, filtro de agua, y lavadora/secadora. Los anfitriones incluyen una mini compra para desayuno y unos dulcesitos de panaderia. Quedamos encantados y volveriamos.

The place was clean, pretty, comfortable and a gorgeous beach was my backyard for the weekend. Heriberto thought about everything one might need. Loved the restaurants and bars in the area. Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

Good location right on the beach, Everything you would need for a beach day is included (towels, bag, chairs, coolers) The place was clean with cold A/C and Hot showers! We loved the gated parking for extra security.

We had a great stay in Isabela, Puerto Rico! We were visiting family and wanted to spend some time on the beach. The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach and just a short walk to great beach bars and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had functioning A/C, which made it easy to relax after a day in the sun. Check-in was seamless, and the host had clearly anticipated everything we needed. The staffed security gate at the entrance gave us extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Accurate listing, clean and modern, everything that is needed is provided, clear instructions, and location was the perfect drive to the mall, restaurants, and downtown. We enjoyed our time in Ponce and the Airbnb was a big reason.

I think the photos don’t do the roof justice. It’s so amazing to watch the sunrise over mountains in the morning and then watch the sun set on the ocean at night. There’s a toilet and kitchenette on the roof as well The two balconies downstairs are gorgeous. I was traveling with a curious toddler and I felt very safe in the apartment. The roof was big enough to stop him from getting to the stairs. The house is elegant and simple with great appliances in the kitchen. Not overdone with too many decorations like other airbnbs. The utility closet with chairs was really helpful for keeping sand out of the house and there’s a hose for cleaning on the balcony. This seems minor but it makes a big difference. It is a really short walk to the beach and a short drive to others. I love this little town.

Staying at Margarita's Oceanfront Paradise at Kikita's Beach was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, local tips, and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The property itself is stunning — perfectly named, as it's quite literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with ocean views was a highlight of each day. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, blending beachy charm with comfort and modern touches. Margarita went above and beyond as a host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and full of recommendations that made our stay even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!!!
