Nako was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions. I visited for a month or so and because the flat had everything, I could continue in my routine as I would in my own home. The view from balcony is beautiful, there is everything available around the house:). Would defo recommend! 🎀🌸

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that nana was very responsive and flexible. The room is quiet and there is no shortage of amenities.There are nice paintings in the room.There is a Grand Mall and Will Mart nearby, which is very convenient.The location was great and overall good value for money.Internet and electricity will be sent to the host's bank account.

Great central location. Apartment is spacious, has all amenities and 2 balconies. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

Mikhail was always in touch, quickly resolved all issues related to various nuances. There is a problem with elevators in Orbi, you need to treat it a little simpler and adapt to various options. Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cozy apartment. Bed linen, towels, as in the best hotels. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find housing that meets all the parameters. But Dali's apartment meets all the standards. The hostess is a very pleasant woman. Upon check-in, I put flowers in a vase, diffusers for a pleasant smell. We had a great time in her apartment with our family.

We stayed for 3 nights at Alliance Palace in Batumi and had a wonderful experience! Check-in Process: The check-in was quite easy. Kristina, our host, was very attentive and provided clear, detailed instructions, making the whole process smooth. The building staff was also friendly and welcoming. Apartment: The apartment itself was neat, cozy, and spotlessly clean. It offered a lovely view of the city, and we really appreciated how the elevators were never busy — a big plus compared to places like Orbi City. This place is truly a gem! Location: The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Batumi, with everything you need within easy reach. Overall: Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Batumi.

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.

Great large 1 bedroom (1+1) apartment on 1st line to sea, with great view from large balcony both to sea and beautiful mountains. Fast internet, 2 large TV, everything else you'd need for comfortable life - kitchen, 2 refrigerators, coffee machine, iron, etc. Great host, very friendly and very responsive, immediately meet all my requests. I liked this place very much and very strongly recommend it.
