Cute ecofriendly lodge for country life while offering great comfort for stay! Also good base to explore the tea route, gorgeous mountains, with the perks of dipping into private river just a short walk nearby.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The hoster is kind，she cooked the delicious bread and coffee for us！The place is queit and beautiful！

I had a wonderful stay at [Host's Name]'s place. The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. The decor was charming and everything was well-maintained, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the sea, just 3 min walk, shops and markets nearby. Svetlana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing clear instructions and quick answers to any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant accommodation. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

Nice accommodation with a beautiful garden near Batumi. A good option if you want to reboot and relax in nature. But this is not a separate house, but the top floor of a private house, the owners live on the lower floors. There is a lot of space, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming, she gifted fruits from the garden and home-cooked meals. We were also greeted by a beautiful bouquet of garden flowers, fruits and sweets. Thank you!

С доброжелательными и заботливыми хозяевами, которые не ленятся создавать приятные моменты для клиентов практически как для друзей: встреча и трансферт от вокзала, дружеский ужин с вином собственного изготовления в вечер прибытия, ненавязчивая забота в течение срока пребывания. Радует глаз садовый участок возле дома: ровный ухоженный виноградник, мандариновые деревья, есть даже чайная плантация – владельцы настоящие энтузиасты, славная трудовая семья. Пожелаю им успешного расширения бизнеса – из них получатся хорошие отельеры

The third floor of the 3 story house is at your disposal and two balconies. Two bedrooms with 3 large beds (and comfortable mattresses), a living room-studio with a large sofa and a couch. A sufficient number of chairs and 2 tables are also present (+ a bar counter). There are all utensils, cooker with oven, toaster-grill, blender, fridge, washing machine and air conditioning.
The house is an 8 minute walk from Chakwi station (and the main motorway). There are also 2 grocery shops and a cafe called Margaliti (which has a rather impressive menu and card payment option).
 It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the sea, but to the nearest beach you will have to walk 3-5 minutes more.
 By car to the nearest beach is 2-3 minutes drive, and to the centre of Chakvi (there are more shops) 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes on foot.
 The owner is very helpful and hospitable and there is a car parking space in the yard. 
The place is very quiet and peaceful, there is plenty of space on the beach.

Lesley and Chris are great hosts, very friendly and helpful, the place is clean, comfortable and perfect location for visiting Batumi raptor watchpoint at Sakhalvasho (about 15 mins away) plus Batumi itself and the surrounding coastline and hills. The three cats are great company too!

Если Вы устали от суеты и городского шума — это именно то жильё, которое Вам нужно. Удобная кровать, свежий воздух, красивые виды с террасы, родниковая вода, деликатность хозяев и других гостей. Одновременно со мной отдыхала пара из Тбилиси - они уже девятый раз выбрали это место! Если путешествуете без машины, будьте готовы к ежедневной тренировке в виде подъёма в гору, либо внизу можно взять такси за пять лари. Там же в супермаркете продают пополняемые автобусные карты, по ним можно съездить в Батуми и ещё во многие интересные места. Хозяева подскажут маршрут. До ботанического сада, например, можно дойти пешком. Море в Махинджаури чистое, на пляже всегда есть место. Прошло три дня, а уже хочется обратно) Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

장점: 거실이 넓고 냉장고가 크다. 3인용으로 식기와 커트러리가 준비되어 있다. 침실의 침대가 크다. 호스트가 대체로 응답이 빠르고 친절하다. 침구, 수건 모두 깨끗하다. 단점: 샤워부스 천장에 누수가 있으나 윗집의 문제로 보인다. 물이 떨어지거나 하진 않았으나 누수부분에 부분적으로 곰팡이가 있다. 사용에는 문제가 없다.

За свои деньги хороший вариант. Близко от моря, море чище чем в Батуми. Двор тихий, дети гуляли сами. В пределах 10 минут пешком магазинчики, пара кафе. Прямо по соседству комплекс Оазис, где можно гулять по тротуару вдоль берега, там есть детские площадки и фонтан бьющий из земли (дети обожают), кафе и бар (довольно дорого, надо брать гостевой пропуск на ресепшене). Самый большой недостаток - комары, могут не дать спать. Быстро налетают когда открываешь двери или окна, надо стараться их не пускать и обязательно перед сном закрывать окна на полчаса и включать во всех комнатах хорошие фумигаторы - попробовали разные, из того что есть в окрестности в магазинах работает только Raid (не в пластинах а в банках), тогда можно спать нормально. Есть шум от проходящих неподалёку поездов, но тут везде по побережью так. Мебель не идеальная, нормальная за свои деньги. Квартира уютная. Марина очень отзывчивая, помогает советом, проблемы (например сели батарейки в водонагревателе) решала быстро.

It’s a good new apartment. Only thing I had afraid of that it can be very uncomfortable without air conditioner but the sun is shine to the window for short time during the day and so there isn’t very hot in the flat. About location - you can reach old city in half an hour on foot. Zebur and his wife are great hosts. Recommend!

Чудесное место для отдыха в горах — тишина, свежий воздух и потрясающие виды! Очень уютный домик, есть всё необходимое, рядом с домом есть беседка с мангалом. Спасибо хозяину за доброту и внимательность — отдых получился просто идеальным. Полностью присоединяюсь к другим восторженным отзывам!

It's a very cool and aesthetic guesthouse. We were unlucky with the weather (only cold water, AC located upstairs), but could be perfect for a longer stay in summer. We couldn't lock the doors, but the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, appreciated the parking space. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There's also a small shop nearby for groceries.

Наше пребывание в Woodhide стало настоящим отдыхом для души. Расположение дома – просто невероятное: природа, свежий воздух и тишина. Интерьер стильный, продуманный до мелочей, создающий уют и ощущение полного расслабления. Особенно впечатлила ванная с джакузи – идеальное место для отдыха после прогулок. Но самое ценное – это люди. Владельцы дома вложили в него душу и окружили нас теплом и заботой, за что мы безмерно благодарны. Они сделали всё, чтобы мы чувствовали себя как дома. The place was close to Batumi but also secluded enough in the mountains to wake up to a wonderful view right from the your bed, which was very tidy and the place was definitely cleaned very well. We also found more amenities than we expected which was pleasant surprise! Although we arrived late at night we were greeted by the host and helped to cottage where we felt right at home, the land is really beautiful and it was a treat to stay there and experience some of the activities in the area.

Awesome place! We really enjoyed our time there, it's a very quiet and peaceful place with picturesque views. The hosts are very kind and helpful, the place is clean and has all the basics that you need. We also were fond of design and really cool barbeque zone. If you're lucky, you could get surrounded by clouds, it's beautiful! (!) Please note that the place is up high on the mountain, so you need to take all that you need food with you, the shop would be in the village pretty far away. Hosts will drive you up with all your bags though, so it's not a big problem.

Отличный домик на холме с приятной ухоженной территорией вокруг: бассейн, цветы, деревья. Посуда и столовые приборы приятного качества, белье и полотенца тоже хорошие, один халат был порван на спине, но это ерунда. Матрас на кровати не продавлен, спать удобно. А камин и джакузи - выше всяких похвал
