The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

ORBI CITY (block A) is located close to beach (first line), fountain, House of Justice, waterpark, Carrefour market, Batumi Mall and restaurants. MY DELUXE APARTMENT 34TH floor, have a side seaview, kitchen+ place and equipment (except for cooking soups and fried foods), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, individual Wi-Fi, black-out curtains, folding chairs & table on the balcony, clothes dryer. Standart apartments not have this all.
