Holiday rentals with a patio in Addis Ababa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom furnished apartment in Addis Ababa, and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay. Located in a vibrant, safe, and secure neighborhood, the apartment offers easy access to local conveniences like Gast and Century Malls and supermarkets like Fresh Corner. It’s also incredibly accessible for food delivery services such as BeU and Zmall, making it ideal for a seamless stay. The apartment itself is spacious, featuring a modern design with a clean, fresh feel—no weird smells or issues with cleanliness at all. The rooms are generously sized, providing plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights is the bathroom, which my wife absolutely loved, especially the massive shower that could probably fit a small football game in it! The entire place feels new and up-to-date, making it a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. The 5G network in the area is a bonus for those who need fast internet

I would like to commend the Villa staff hospitality specially Mr. Omer for his attention to detail and a very nice welcome, and they were always happy to provide me with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received at the villa owners and the staff worked over there . The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. They made me feel welcome and at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. To confirm, all 7 rooms are included with your stay. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a standalone water heater that provides enough water for morning showers and/or the tub. The other 6 rooms share two bathrooms that have at the source heaters (one on the 3rd floor is better than the 2nd). Like everywhere in Addis, power goes out frequently, but the inn has a generator for use when necessary. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, a gas/electric stove, and a microwave. The biggest benefit of choosing the Brusali Inn is the house guard and housekeeper's hospitality, kindness, and willingness to help however they can. The house is enclosed by a locked gate and either the guard or housekeeper will need to unlock it for you when reentering. The guard may be willing to be a guide for destinations in the city and the housekeeper may be willing to make breakfast every day for a fee. The neighborhood is fairly safe, has many small shops, and is guarded at night.

We felt home as soon as we arrived at Ilham's Appartment. Our special requests for late check-in and check-out were granted without hesitation. the area is right in the middle of everything and we could call to have someone explain how to get to the appartment to our cab driver from the airport. All in all this was a perfect stay, to accommodate a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed making our own breakfast.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable! The location is very convenient, near shops and supermarkets. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities. Yeshewaget was very helpful and friendly, she's a super host. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Our week in Addis Abeba was made unforgettable thanks to this perfect apartment. Situated on the 6th floor, the apartment offered a breathtaking view that amazed us anew each morning. The bright, spacious ambiance made it the perfect retreat for the two of us, with the large living room and the comfy sofa. The kitchen was not just large, but also equipped with everything needed for daily life - a dream for anyone who loves to cook, like us. The bedroom was a quiet oasis for relaxation, complemented by an en suite bathroom that added to our comfort. Furthermore the communication with Ahlam was seamless, and she proved to be a wonderfully attentive host. This apartment was the perfect base for exploring Addis Abeba, while also providing a cozy place to which we loved returning. We highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again on our next visit.

This was our second stay at Happy's and Emy's apartment. Very central location, close to Meskal square and not too far from the airport with many little supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities. Emy and Happy were very kind and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend for your stay in Addis
