Holiday rentals with beach access in Ādaži Municipality

Erittäin mukava asunto. Siisti ja hyvällä paikalla. Saapuessamme kohteeseen auton lataaminen ei ollut mahdollista, joka aiheutti pientä ohjelmaa, sillä myös kadulla ollut latauspiste ei ollut toiminnassa. Majapaikan emäntä kuitenkin järjesti ystävällisesti seuraavaksi aamuksi autolatausmahdollisuuden asunnolle.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The apartment is adorable and has an amazing top-floor view of the city, which I enjoyed in the morning from the spacious balcony while having coffee. The atmosphere is relaxing and inspiring — perfect for unwinding or getting creative. The interior design is stunning and ideal for taking photos and videos. The bed was super comfortable, and the host provided everything I needed — from a hair dryer and iron to high-quality shampoo. Everything was spotlessly clean, quiet, and located in a great neighborhood. I genuinely enjoyed my stay 100% and am already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Well equipped and lovely apartment, thank you! There are some minor inaccuracies in the listing though. There was no information to access on-premise parking, but street parking was easily available. It is a low season now, wasn’t an issue for now. The beach access is available, it takes some 7-10 minutes to get there and needs to cross a relatively busy street. But then the beach is lovely with a restaurant nearby. Overall a good experience, would visit again!

Amazing place, better than the pictures, very tranquil, summer house vibes - hard to believe that the apartment is in the middle of Riga and not the seaside:)

Mila's apartment was fantastic. clean, really spacious and a short walk from the beach. we have been to Jurmala a few times but this apartment made it even more special. and to top it off there is also a fantastic sauna in the apartment which was used on a regular basis. thanks Mila for a wonderful holiday.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Apartment. Eine schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und der nächste Supermarkt ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Solvita ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns bei jeder Frage weiterhelfen konnte :)

Ihana pieni asunto. Kolmihenkisen perheen kanssa mahduttiin hyvin. Astiastosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Asunto oli siisti ja puhdas. Ainut miinus oli kun ei tullut tarkkoja ohjeita mistä ovesta mennään sisälle ja etsittiin asuntoa aika pitkään kerrostalosta. Mutta löydettiin lopulta ja kaikki meni hyvin.

A wonderful wooden house in a pine forest! Everything is clean, the house is fully equipped. If you walk 5 minutes through the forest you will come out to the endless sea coast! And all this is close to Riga and not far from other attractions - Sigulda, Turaida and Gauja park. Dana and Richard were very friendly and explained us everything we could need.

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

A stunning home in a very quiet and peaceful location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on Jomas street. You can find plenty of scooters nearby. The home is kitted out with every modern gadget you can think of and was kept in pristine condition. We really enjoyed the sauna and the pool on days we weren’t exploring.

Het huis was uitstekend gelegen, mooi aan de rivier, zee/strand per auto goed te bereiken, prachtig natuurpark Kemeru in de omgeving, rustige en gezellige ligging aan de oever van de rivier; al met al voldeed het volledig aan onze behoefte van een rustpunt tijdens onze treinreis door de Baltische staten. En Riga is een bijzondere stad, erg de moeite waard.

der Aufenthalt war prima. Die Hütte ist super um für kurze oder lange Zeit komplett abzuschalten & dem stressigen Alltag zu entfliehen. Es gibt einige coole Wanderungen/Trails in der Nähe & der Strand ist direkt ums Eck. Die Unterkunft war blitzeblank sauber & lädt zum gemeinsamen kochen ein. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

Communication was easy, quick and friendly. Was given the option to check in early which we did. Arrived and was greeted with a nice gesture and friendly faces. A quick walk through the premises ensured we felt comfortable. This place is in a perfect location near the beach. A quick 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, this place is settled on a large lot which offers peace, tranquility. The house is very easy to find, very comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Every room has their own shower and found the beds to be very comfortable.

Eduards and Liene were the ideal hosts. So incredibly communicative and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their home was warm and inviting, well equipped and in an incredibly convenient location close to the train station and park and just a quick walk to the beach. The house was well decorated, extremely clean and the kitchen was well thought out. Internet worked great and the whole experience immediately felt like being home. They even thought about which room my daughter would want to stay in and brought in a table and chairs just for her! So incredibly thoughtful, I cannot recommend them enough!

Anna is a great host, always responsive, nice and friendly, she even had some good recommendation. The place itself is nice, modern, clean in a peaceful location and with all the amenities listed. Being in a bit of a remote location, it has it's drawbacks. First shocker was, that we couldn't flush anything other than waste, not even toilet paper. Water itself has very poor pressure and a certain aroma, because it's supplied from deep underground, but is safe to drink. This is due to the area being in national Park, so that's something you should keep in mind. Also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so pack some bug spray. (though I'm sure Anna would get you one if you asked) In conclusion, if you don't mind that, this place is wonderful and Anna is truly a superhost

We had a lovely stay at Anna's place. The studio is indeed quite small but is very well equipped (even a washing machine is there) and self-sufficient. We managed to make it work for a family of five (incl. three little kids). The location is just wonderful - there are forests and very few houses around. The walk to the beach is very enjoyable, also through the forest and half of it is a boardwalk (be aware of mosquitoes!). The building contained several other apartments that are rented out in the same way. There is a nice fenced area at the back of the house for the kids to play or for you to relax in a hammack or have a bbq. Whether this area is visible out of your window or not, depends on which side of the house your apartment is at. Anna is very friendly and proactive. She gave us many helpful tips about the surroundings and was always available if we needed her.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment and the location was perfect for our plans in Riga. Quiet neighbourhood with a great restaurant just a short walk away. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself is quite nice, suitable for a couple. Apartment temperature was comfortable and it has floor heating in the bathroom. In terms of location, it feels it is a bit off from the center, but it is really around 10-15 min walk from the old town. In overall, highly recommended.

Děkujeme za krásný pobyt v Rize. Apartmán byl nový a čistý. Oceňujeme, že kuchyň měla vše potřebné a byla skvělé vybavená. Využili jsme, že parkování bylo zdarma hned vedle apartmánu. Pohodlně se dostanete do starého centra - autobusem a v okolí byly vždy i koloběžky k pronájmu. Moc rádi se zase vrátíme :-)

Die Wohnung ist groß und passt ideal für die Familie. Die Lage ist perfekt für lange Spaziergänge. Pinienwald ist nur 50 m entfernt. Das Meer ist durch den Wald zu erreichen.
