Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Book your stay here. This was one of the nicest Air bnb's we have stayed in, it was immaculate inside. The united we stayed in (Merlot appartment) appeared brand new, it was spotless, and the grounds were amazing. Thew views of the Tuscan countryside from the property was the best you can find. The location was close to things we did (White Wale hot springs, Montepuciano, private cooking class...), but extremely peaceful and quiet. The property has a pool, hot tub, and barrel sauna. The sauna has glass wall looking over the countryside. You will not be disappointed.

This was a perfect place to stay as a couple, would highly recommend. Great location & very cute. Not a negative but something worth knowing, it did get very hot in the bedroom at night but seems air con is rare to get around this town so just prepare for that when visiting in the hottest month 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Staying at this apartment was truly magical. Every time I looked out the window or stepped onto the balcony, I was left in awe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the town of Montepulciano was every bit as beautiful—charming, historic, and full of character. Leaving was the hardest part, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. From the incredible local restaurants to the stunning wineries nestled in the Tuscan hills, every moment felt like a dream. Photos simply can’t capture the beauty—you have to experience it for yourself.

We cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. Maybe the most gorgeous property we’ve ever seen - even better than the pictures! Pia was incredibly helpful, sent us a whole printout of recommendations for different restaurants, wineries, and things to do. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and proactive - she thought of everything you may need during your stay and gave us a tour of our home. Waking up in the Tuscan countryside and watching the sun rise over the vineyards was relaxing and beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking to see over the rolling hills in Chianti. Castellina was a cute little town with fantastic places to eat and panoramic views of the valley. And on top of all that, we made a new friend in the Public Relations Manager, Teo - you can be sure you’ll be greeted with a wagging tail and a happy little smile. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!
