Holiday rentals with a patio in Acheron

We had a really great stay at Dimitra Houses! The apartment offered everything we needed + more, George was very helpful when we had any questions. Great and super friendly host. :) We especially loved that it's so close to the water. Having a morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves, a dream :)

It was nice, clean and had nice wooden floors! The appartment was only 10 minutes away from the beach and there are alot of restaurants nearby!

we stayed 2 nights in Filothei's place , both times were excelent. Clean and beautiful apartment , with beautiful view from Gaios. Super friendly host. She did let us do the check in earlier so we didnt have to walk around with our lugagge. definetly recommend !

Alexis’ place was perfect for us, and he was a great host - very responsive to and helpful with our initial questions. The check-in instructions were very clear and we very much appreciated the off-street parking. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. It is a neat and stylish studio apartment. The location was great - very central and walkable to the lake front and to many restaurants and bars. There is no noise to the apartment from all the activity nearby. Easy check-in, check-out and general communication. Friendly host. The apartment is very clean, and has a great sunset view. Location is perfect, overlooking the sea and a short walk to a few supermarkets. Some construction going on next door (although close to completion) but any noise cannot be heard from inside the apartment. Great value for a modern apartment. Big fridge and useful appliances like filter coffee machine. Several great restaurants short walk away.

Clean, tidy place. Although not so big in size, it was quite enough for our family of five. All the amenities of the house are present — washing machine, large refrigerator, oven stove, air conditioning, a large number of dishes. Recommended !!!

The place was very sweet and we felt immediately comfortable. It was super clean and the location was quiet but still very central. It was easy to get to the beach and the center. Balcony and terrace very nice. We would come back to Keerthi

The only thing that was a pity was that we were no longer with Annika. We were received super friendly and helpful. For our 1-year-old daughter, Annika had arranged extra toys and prepared the bed so that we can sleep together safely. She gave us great recommendations for the area so we had a great time there. Kate welcomed me from check in, i came by myself. Her and her family took me to a local taverna that had just opened for the summer and we had a lovely time! The property was absolutely stunning, very close to the beach. I rented a bike in lefkada and the cycle ride took about 20 minutes and was beautiful, kate gave me a lift into town to go and get it. Cant express how much of a good time I had! An unforgettable experience and I hope I can return.

It was a great stay, we always prefer airbnb on our overseas trips, but I didn't see any of the beds, sheets and towels were changed. We spent 7 days wrapped in olive lemon trees in a peaceful and private house. Dionysia responded to every question we asked in a short time, gave local advice, and we even bought olive oil from her mother, I recommend it:) They offered fresh eggs on the second day, and they kept in touch until the last day and asked us to communicate if there was a problem. I will come to the paxos again and my place is clear Nafsika's cottege ❤️

Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

Very nice apartment, very worthwhile. Large room and good beds and two balconies. We couldn't find it, but Christina's mother was outside at one point. Very friendly. My daughter and I recommend the apartment. It is walkable to the center and the beaches.

One of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed! The place is beautiful and it has everything you need! It is literally spotless! Fresh and bright, it's the perfect getaway! Elena, is so friendly! She gave us the precise direction for the apartment and info about the parking, where to go, where to eat, what to see. I will definitely...definitely come back for even more days. Thank-you for hosting! We enjoyed our stay in Apolpena. It was just outside Lefkada Town so it had privacy and was peaceful while still being close to many restaurants, attractions etc. The hosts were responsive and helpful!

Laureta’s apartment was really nice and modern! It was a nice location with a really nice beach near and a few nice restaurants at the bottom. Ksamil was only a 10 min drive. Laureta was very active with making sure we were okay and giving us so many ideas of what to do in Saranda, the communication was spot on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we had a great time :)

The apartment is beautifully located on the river and the sea. Quiet location yet very centrally located (a few minutes' drive from Saranda City). Lara is a very accommodating and helpful host, answers quickly and has asked several times if everything is ok. Thanks for that!
