We stayed at Tom’s apartment for a week and had an amazing experience! The apartment is absolutely beautiful-modern, stylish, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Tom was in constant communication with us, always helpful, responsive, and attentive to every detail. We truly appreciated his hospitality. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Fontana's place for 10 nights in April.. Had a lovely time, everything was great. The bedrooms are large and the pool area was great for relaxing in the sun. There is a small kiosk shop for milk, drinks etc about a 2 min walk near the cork n bottle restaurant, which was really useful for last minute things. The big supermarket is about a 5 mins drive. You can catch the 601 bus from outside the place which goes to the bus station in Pafos, karavella bus station, which is in the town centre, so getting into the centre was fine. Fontana's place is definitely recommended.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved the apartment. Great facilities and proactive hosts. Perfect location and very peaceful at all times. 100% will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Paphos.

Ļoti ērts, tīrs un skaists dzīvoklis tuvu pludmalei,dažādām izklaides vietām, veikaliem un restorāniem. Bija pieejams viss nepieciešamais. Komunikācija ar saimnieku bija ātra un viegli saprotama. Ļoti patīkams pārsteigums bija saimnieka sarūpēts cienastiņš!

I spent 5 amazing days here and I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment! The studio had absolutely everything I needed – air conditioning, a hairdryer, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed… I didn’t miss a thing. I was welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch 😊 The location was perfect – right next to the shopping mall, everything within easy reach, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was great too – clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This place is ideal for both couples and solo travelers – I was there on my own and felt completely comfortable and at home. The quality was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for what you get. If I ever come back to Paphos, I’ll definitely book this apartment again.❤️❤️❤️🤭

Pros: Good communication and great directions/instructions from the host. The apartment is just as described and pictured. Very comfortable space. All appliances, AC and shower worked great. Comfortable bed. Big clothes closet. Nice balcony with pretty good views. Parking is plentiful and easy for any size vehicle. Easy and pleasant walk to downtown and the ocean. Cons: there was nothing really bad. For a long term stay I’d prefer a better equipped kitchen but it has everything most guests will need for preparing basic meals and reheating food. The exterior of the building is a little run down. So it doesn’t look appealing from the outside but the neighborhood felt safe and the apartment itself is very nice and well maintained. The elevator hasn’t worked for a while but the listing doesn’t claim to have an elevator so this isn’t a surprise or disappointment. You just have to be ok with walking to the 4th floor. The stairs are wide and well lit at night.

Tatiana was an excellent host. She was very responsive to our questions and made sure that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The place was larger than we expected and close to one of the best beaches for swimming. What we really liked about the place was that it was far enough from the tourist crowds but still close enough to some very good restaurants.

The apartment is in amazing location in the heart of Paphos touristic area. 5 min from the sea and close to lots of restaurants and cafe. The apartment is exactly as seen in pictures , all new and well maintained. The air condition in all rooms is working really good and is highly important during summer as it is really hot in Paphos. The owners are very responsive and has a good will and hurt to help in anything we needed. As the apartment was empty before we arrive they accepted early check in and late check out. The beds are really comfy, you have a TV connected even to Netflix and other channels. The kitchen is well equipped with new dishes, pens and other cooking tools that is needed for basic cooking. There is a coffee machine and a toaster. However, you need to buy capsules and tea bags. There is a bakery just next to it and a big supermarket a few rues from there. Even the King's mall is in a 23 min walk. I definitely recommend this apartment.
