Sara’s house was a great place to stay while visiting Sao Miguel. The house was clean, well stocked, private, peaceful, and situated above the town of Maia with beautiful views down the coastline and great sunsets! Our kids loved the pool which was great to return to after doing day trips. The beds were comfy which was a plus after lots of adventuring. It was within easy driving distance of many of the key sights. Sara is a great communicator, provides lots of helpful info, and responsive to any questions. We would recommend this place to anyone while visiting the Azores!

Our stay at the property was amazing - the house is even more beautiful in person. It had all the necessary facilities and the host was extremely helpful, answered our questions very quickly and very flexible all throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here and look forward to coming back!

La casa de Mafalda es PERFECTA y muy grande! Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, la limpieza estaba cuidada al detalle, ella estuvo súper pendiente y la ubicación, aún a pesar de no ser céntrica, no tardábamos mucho en ir a los puntos de interés. Además, pasamos justo los días en los que había celebración en el pueblo y los vecinos nos invitaron a comida y a pasar un rato, todos súper amables! Fue espléndido, lo recomendamos encarecidamente. Tenemos claro que si volvemos a Sao Miguel, será a donde iremos :)

The apartment was amazing and in a perfect location! After our magical trip, we truly feel like we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The surroundings were stunning, the hosts were fantastic, and everything was just wonderful. Highly recommend! Local hikes, recommend by hosts were amazing too, you can’t skip them!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. La maison est très spacieuse et très propre. Vous bénéficiez en plus de deux extérieurs une cour et une terrasse. Au niveau des équipements, la maison comprend tous les équipements et ustensiles nécessaires (surtout la cuisine!). Le petit village de Salga a des petits commerces de proximité (épicerie petite supérette bar ) ce qui est bien pratique. Nous avons rayonné sur toute l’île à partir de cette maison , les distances ne sont vraiment pas longues.Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer notre hôte Natersia car notre arrivée était très tardive et notre départ très matinal mais nous avons toujours eu un très bon contact avec elle par téléphone, elle a été très agréable et très réactive. Elle nous avait préparé un petit panier d’arrivée avec différents produits ce qui a été vraiment très agréable surtout en arrivant tard avec des enfants .Un grand merci c’était un très bon séjour sur cette magnifique île !

Our stay was great. Our hosts were very attentive and responsive. The house is exactly as described and amenities are very good. A car is recommended especially since you need to see the island!! The location is in the countryside surrounded by farms. Baby cows to visit with from the balcony. Beautiful west coast sunsets. Some noise from the street (tractor) traffic but none at night - very quiet locale. The roadway is narrow so recommend to park near #10 or around the corner on the wider roadway. This was recommended by the hosts as well. We highly recommend the accommodation and the hosts and we would stay again.

The house was even better than we imagined, it had beautiful views, it is located in a quiet place and it came with everything we expected and more: the kitchen had everything you need not only for a short stay, but also to cook everything you need. It was also equipped with coffee, olive oil, salt, etc., which we didn't expect. Lucy was kind enough to bring some traditional bread the first morning, which we highly appreciated. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and the house big enough for a group of 8, and the 2 bathrooms were fully equipped. The only down-side is that the individual mattresses are a bit hard, but it was fine. It has a beautiful garden which is perfect for breakfast, and we felt that (if it's both physically and legally possible) a plastic pool would be an extra add-on that would improve even more the property. Staying at this place and waking up every day to the beautiful ocean felt like a dream, we'll absolutely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming tiny house in Santo Antonio. The place was spotless, with everything super clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we felt welcomed from the very beginning. The pool area is a real highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A special mention for the breakfast: such a thoughtful and delicious touch that made our mornings even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in the area!
