A gem in the Bajo de San Isidro, which is its own gem. A great place to stay and be able to explore the area, be quiet, very well located for transportation and nice cafes and restaurants. Close to the river to enjoy the sunrises and moonrises. Going for a walk and seeing the wooded ravine and the cathedral are things from another planet. It makes you want to live there and I'm thinking about it. The apartment has everything one needs. It has a shared terrace that is a sight to behold. Neighbors are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here! Everything went well. Marcia is the best! Enjoy it! It's cozy.

The house is very nice and big. The main spaces had been cleaned very recently. The garden and the grill are a 10 (the pool was not available because it was not the season, so I can't comment on that). As in any large house, there were some minor maintenance issues (switches that didn't work well, or locks that were a little stuck), but nothing very relevant. We had a great time and Anabel and Guillermo were very kind.

I can't say enough good things about this place and Erica’s hospitality. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless — check-in was smooth, the space was spotless, and every little detail was thoughtfully prepared. The apartment was bright, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for what I needed — peaceful, and close to cafés, restaurants, nature, and more. What truly stood out, though, was the host herself. Erica’s clear communication, thoughtful touches, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. A few days ago I was able to enjoy the apartment, nice, comfortable, everything you need to live well, it's there. And above all, its fantastic location, right in the center of the beautiful Martinez, one block from the station, close to other transportation. Coffee shops abound, unbeatable places to eat. From that ninth floor, beautiful houses, trees and view of the river. I really had a wonderful time.
