On our way to the south of France, we stayed one night in Shona's accommodation, and it was wonderful! The accommodation itself was neat and clean and looked beautiful. The large glass facade gives you a wonderful outdoor feeling even when you are sitting inside, and you can hear the birds whistling. The fact that you can use the garden and the pool was a real plus, our daughter of 3 had a great time and it made us feel like we were on holiday even though we only stayed one night. In addition, the contact with Shona went well, she is friendly, helpful and proactive. We would definitely come here again!

We chose this place for destressing and slowing down our life, and boy did we hit the jackpot. Every morning we had an amazing breakfast in the glorious vegetable garden while being kept company by the rooster and a few cats. During the day we did outside activities like trail running (loved the 25 bossons trail) and bouldering. In the evening we used Martine's & Jason's tips for dinner (honorable mentions for the Mexican food truck Sabor Rumbero and boulangerie Marturin). We found inspiration in everything you do and live and we feel very blessed that we found your amazing home and will definitely be back in the future. Truly a relaxing and positive experience. Thanks for everything!

Update of my initial review: I had left a good rating out of courtesy, but after reflection (and especially after seeing the host's unkind response), I feel compelled to be more honest about our experience. When we arrived, the cleanliness left something to be desired. No small welcome gesture (not even a little coffee, as is often the case). The host was not at all warm at first, then a little more so later, but we were generally left to ourselves, without any explanation about the place or the animals that were advertised. The upstairs bedroom is very poorly insulated, with a thin door through which all the noise passes. In the heatwave, the heat was unbearable, especially with children. Result: we shortened our stay and left the accommodation the night before. I came with a friend hoping for a nice experience on a farm... but we left a little disappointed.

Carole and her husband are great hosts! The place is great. Great for friends and family. The owners were very available and discreet (in the adjoining house). The pool is located on their "side" of the common garden, but it was not a problem because it is far enough away.
