E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Immerso in un meraviglioso scenario con vigne a perdita d'occhio, questo bilocale è parte di una colonica con piscina finemente ristrutturata. Si accede dal proprio patio privato ad una cucina completamente attrezzata (stoviglie, tostapane, bollitori, forno microonde, macchina per il caffè espresso, frigorifero), con moderno divano letto extra-comfort. Si passa poi ad una ampia camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno dotato di grande doccia, soffici asciugamani e linea di cortesia completa.

A View From the Top is an apartment in the most peaceful part of Montepulciano. The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large kitchen-living room with a small terrace overlooking the hills From summer 2025 our wine tasting will be available in the new garden and we have a young private chef for cooking class at home ,not in the weekend. Guests will park close the apartment,in the street 50 mt away.
