Holiday rentals with a patio in 8th arrondissement

My wife and I highly recommend Sandra and Michel's apartment and will certainly be coming back if I we are lucky enough to return to Lyon in the future. Here's why: 1) The apartment is even nicer than we thought it would be. More spacious. Great AC. Super comfortable bed. Unbelievably quiet and peaceful. And that huge window that you see in the pictures bathes the entire apartment in the most beautiful sunlight. 2) The location is so much better than we realized! We knew very little about Lyon when we booked our stay, but after being there for 4 days, we were convinced that our little neighborhood was the best in Lyon thanks to the extraordinary views and gardens of the Basilica of Notre Dame de Fourvière, the close proximity to the ancient Roman theaters, and a lovely little neighborhood cafe. The only downside to the location is that all the shops are a 20-minute walk down (and then up!) a very steep hill. 3) Finally, Sandra and Michel were super helpful and responsive. The best!

Excellent quiet location with shops and restaurants on a lively and charming street; Great clothes washer and nice hanging rack for drying; Lovely relatively new kitchen appliances with clean and spacious refrigerator, induction stovetop, nice dishwasher and oven – we did not use the oven Air conditioning and heater are effective and towel dryer works. A couple things worth mentioning: The apartment is NOT non-smoking, which is obvious when you walk in the door. As the write-up says, this is actually someone’s living space. The closets and dresser are all full; even the top of the dresser is almost entirely covered and there are no little stands beside the bed. It’s difficult to tell what we are meant to use and what supplies to leave alone; the freezer is totally full. The bed is tucked under a slanted roof with a beam across – tall people need to watch their heads

Super logement, j’ai apprécié mon sé jour et je recommande ! Juste peut etre le manque de volet pour la chambre est un axe d’amélioration mais suffit d’un masque de sommeil et cela regle le probleme!

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très bien placé à deux pas du métro et différents commerces. Willy et Wiana sont très agréables, accueillants… Je recommande ces hôtes et cette location

Anne Carole nous a accueillis avec chaleur dans son très bel appartement central, au calme et doté d'une superbe terrasse. Je recommande son logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent avoir un pied à terre à Lyon. Anne Carole a su se rendre disponible pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Un grand merci à elle.

Logement superbe, très agréable dans un lieu paisible. Très propre, conforme aux descriptions. Hôte toujours très réactif et arrangeant, je recommande!

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Très bel accueil, logement parfait pour un petit week-end au calme dans la région lyonnaise. On y retrouve tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

Très belle appartement dans le coeur de la croix rousse. Fidèle à la description. Rebecca nous à très bien expliqué le le fonctionnement et comme personne ne fut attendue après nous elle a été flexible pour le checkout (même si on en a pas eu besoin) Je recommande

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis, l'appartement était spacieux, les lits confortables et un joli quartier paisible avec des commerces à proximité, tout était top!!

Studio avec arrivée autonome, facile d'accès, agréable, petit mais bien agencé, petite terrasse très sympathique au petit déjeuner. Boulangeries à 15 mn à pieds. Grand parc très ombragé à 100 m du logement.

Nous avons résidés à six dans ce logement. C'était une très belle expérience. Judith est très sympathique et accueillante. Le logement est super, très beau, très agréable et dans un bel environnement. Tout est propre et impeccable. Je recommande chaudement ce logement.
