Holiday rentals with a fireplace in 8th arrondissement

Ma famille a passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Pascale. Les petites attentions pour les enfants sont un vrai plus (cabane, jeux), et le logement est très fonctionnel. Nous recommandons!

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

This location was peaceful, outside the city, and on convenient bus lines. We had a car because we had two children under 2 and that gave us flexibility, but loved the public transportation. The pool was clean and we used it a bit but weather was still a bit cool in late May. The outside eating table was fun and we also had a covered eating and cooking area which we used in the rain but didn’t cooking because we were home too late most evenings.

We had a wonderful week with our friends and kids in Chateau de la Brally. The chateau is fantastic; beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped. Marine was very helpful and gave all instructions we needed during our arrival and always replied quickly during our communication. We would definitely like to visit another time and will recommend this place to anyone who likes to spend a great time in a fantastic place.

Bonjour, le logement est parfait. Il est grand et bien divisé, propre et bien décoré. Il est situé dans un quartier calme mais à quelques rues à pied de la presqu’île et du Parc de la Tête d’Or. Stationnement disponibles facilement dans les rues avoisinantes. Près des épiceries et restaurants. Si je retourne à Lyon c’est chez Guillaume que j’habiterais! Hôte très facile à rejoindre et aidant. Merci! Séjour des plus wow!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement. Le logement correspondait parfaitement a ce qui était proposé. L'emplacement etait interessant car tous les commerces nécessaires sont accessibles a pied. Les pieces sont spacieuses, et les lits sont tres confortables. Seul petit soucis au niveau l'utilisation du WC qui etait tres exigus.

Le logement est très agréable, décoré avec goût et correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Tout est fonctionnel dans la salle de bains et dans la cuisine qui est très bien équipé. Il est situé à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité et les hôtes sont très réactifs. Je recommande totalement cet hébergement pour séjourner à Lyon.

We had a great time at Nicolas's home. It was a peaceful oasis while we explored Lyon. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to walk to everything, including the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourviére and the beautiful Parc de la Tete d'Or. Nicolas was always responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions for arrival and departure. The 6 flights of stairs did give us some extra exercise, but the apartment space was worth the climb. There was a fair bit of street noise at night, but that may have been because of the stunning May weather that kept people out late at night

Loved this location, Jeremy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in . Very close to retail and restaurants. Five stars

An incredible location and apartment, felt so spacious and beautiful. As mentioned in other reviews - hot water water wasn’t the best and the spiral staircase was an adventure to tackle but so worth it. Very comfy beds, great living space, great windows (which we loved having open). Highly recommend! Our favourite place nearby was Brasserie Gabriel.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour : maison très agréable et très bien équipée, avec une magnifique vue, de très beaux couchers de soleil et une belle piscine toute neuve. La maison correspond bien aux photos et à la description données, et notre séjour a vraiment été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la localisation, à la fois très proche du centre de Lyon mais dans un cadre calme et verdoyant, très reposant et dépaysant pour les vacances, avec de belles balades à faire dans la région. L’accueil des parents de Marion à notre arrivée a été très sympathique et chaleureux, tout comme les contacts avec Marion et Renaud, notamment lors de notre départ. Merci pour les très gentilles attentions à notre arrivée et pour votre aide et votre disponibilité très appréciées pendant le séjour et même après notre départ (merci encore de nous avoir très gentiment signalé et envoyé un objet oublié). Je recommande très fortement, et reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

I booked on behalf of a group of family and friends staying for a weekend. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. I dealt with Gregory who was always extremely responsive with questions before booking as well prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Gregory was a delight to deal with and gave a very comprehensive tour of the villa showing us everything we needed to know for our stay. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and exactly like the photos. The pool and sunbeds was a real highlight for us. The entire outdoor area of the property has areas of both shade and sunshine all day long and is well equipped with furniture to enjoy it! We would highly recommend booking this property if you're looking for a relaxing break.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Nathalie . La surface laisse beaucoup de place pour s'y sentir bien. Et surtout elle est très bien pensée. La piscine est bien agencée et la vue est exceptionnelle Nous avons eu de beaux couchés de soleil sur la terrasse en hauteur et ça, ça apporte un énorme plus au séjour. Le très gros bémol pour nous a été le ménage... Ayant l'habitude de partir dans ce genre de gîte, la prestation ménage n'était pas du tout à la hauteur de la qualité du reste des prestations de la maison. Énormément de toile d'araignée intérieur et extérieur (surtout dans les volets roulants) graisse sur le barbecue à notre arrivée (surprise pas du tout sympathique), gras sur les façade de cuisine, lave vaisselle non vidée en totalité etc... Pour 210€ à rajouter sur un séjour de 4 jours, on attend mieux. Ce point est réellement à revoir.

Un endroit magnifique, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails, c’est vraiment un lieu où il fait bon séjourner. Je recommande vivement !

L'annonce correspond parfaitement au logement, la maison est dans un environnement très calme ce qui est très appréciable. L'ensemble du logement était propre et les petites attentions ont rendu notre semaine d'autant plus agréable.
