Townhome holiday rentals in 5th arrondissement

Très jolie demeure , chaleureuse et très bien décorée . Beaucoup de fleurs et de plantes . Nous somme venus en famille avec deux jeunes enfants , nous avons beaucoup aimé et nous sommes sentis comme chez nous . Les hôtes ont étés très attentifs et réactifs à nos demandes et nous ont très bien accueilli avec en sus quelques douceurs pour nos deux garçons et nous à notre arrivée . Top ! Je recommande fortement .

Très belle maison dans Lyon, pour famille nombreuse, centrale, très belles prestations et service conciergerie très réactif. Très bien équipée. Deux places au garage très utiles. Excellent séjour dans cette maison.

Claire super host, molto disponibile e veloce a rispondere e tutte le nostre richieste. Ottima accoglienza ci ha fornito tutti i dettagli su come raggiungere il centro città e la festa delle luci. Casa splendida, pulita, con spazi ben distribuiti, eravamo in sei ma sarebbe stata comoda anche in di più, unico neo è su tre piani quindi non idonea a persone con difficoltà motorie. Situata a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro con la quale in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro città. Consigliatissima

Excellent séjour chez Julien, nous sommes venu entre collègues pour quelques jours et à 9 personnes, nous étions très confortablement installés ! La maison est plutôt bien agencé et dispose de tout le nécessaire y compris les équipements extérieurs. À proximité d'un carrefour market (3mins à pied) et d'une boulangerie, c'est vraiment pratique. Le seul bémol que j'ajouterai est que le logement n'est pas tout près du centre ville, je recommande donc de venir avec une voiture ou des vélos si besoin de se rendre en centre ville fréquemment. Également, la communication avec Julien était nickel, super réactif et arrangeant pour l'accueil comme pour la sortie de lieux. Bref experience très positive, un grand merci à Julien pour son accueil.

Maison de ville propre et agréable à vivre. Boulangerie et autres commerces à quelques minutes à pied. Un lit bébé et des jeux pour enfants mis à disposition, ce qui est un immense avantage quand on arrive avec une tribu ! Florence a été charmante et très arrangeante. Nous recommandons chaudement ! Seul élément, qui ne nous a pas dérangé, mais qui peut peut-être poser problème avec des enfants en bas âge : l'escalier est raide et en bois (donc un peu glissant).

Stunning house. Stephane our wonderful friendly host greeted us at the apartment with a wine and welcoming smile . He took the time to explain the property features, as well as sharing local recommendations and tourist attractions with us. Our stay was just perfect. Everything we needed was at hand the kitchen was well equipped and outside on the street was a fresh produce market each day so we had the pleasure of cooking. The back yard had a BBQ and lots of chairs to sit and relax as well as enjoying the Jacuzzi. We were also pleasantly surprised to have a local made cake delivered to us which was delicious. Highly recommend perfect for families, location is great.

Excellente réactivité des hôtes. Logement de très belle superficie où il fait bon loger. Tram à proximité avec une fréquence importante pour être rapidement sur Lyon, ce qui est un réel +.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Mesut ! L'appartement est magnifique, décoré avec goût et très cosy : on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. C’était parfait pour notre venue à l’occasion de notre mariage. Un grand merci à Mesut pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et ses petites attentions qui nous ont beaucoup touchés. Tout était réuni pour un moment inoubliable. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Very nice stay at Vincenzo's place-- comfortable, well-appointed, and centrally located. You can make food and do laundry, and the ceiling in the bedroom is high enough to stand up (rare in Lyon rentals!). The location can't be beat, really in the middle of the Croix Rousse with a market outside the door every morning and steps away from metro. Even so, the apartment is quiet and private. Rio the cat comes and goes and is not demanding, just nice to have around. Vincenzo is very friendly and communicative. Next time I am in Lyon I will try to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Alexia. L'endroit est plutôt paisible, accessible et proche de pas mal de commodités. La maison est superbe avec du charme et bien équipée. Alexia est un très bonne hôte, très accueillante et réactive, merci pour ce séjour !

Did not know about the neighborhood, but I would say it could be one of the best places one can stay in Lyon! Lots of restaurants and nice places to just walk around. From the Gare Part Dieu to the place it takes ~45 minutes by bus and after you get off at Place Burton, it’s only 2-3 minute walk. From the apartment, I was able to walk to the City Hall area (~25-30 min) and the rest of notable attraction points, so it was very convenient There are three rooms for the guests, and my room was very clean and had small balcony as well. The building is very new and modern. I was able to do a very simple cooking which was nice. Agnieszka and her husband were both very supportive and super friendly. Most of all, they spoke very good English, so it was easy for me to communicate with them. I don’t know whether Agnieszka did it for me, but she even had a few books in English, Korean and Japanese! As there are so much to do in Lyon, I did not get to read them, but that’s how thoughtful

Great find- quiet, safe and very accessible, about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Vienne. Our host was very communicative, and very flexible with check in and check out times. The place is spacious- lots of outdoor space, a small splash pool, and a comfortable living space; the bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The configuration of main bathroom- with two doors from different rooms- and the lack of a door on another bedroom, might not suit everyone. But overall a wonderful experience.

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans une chambre bien confortable. Guillaume est un hôte de bon conseil.

J’ai appelé Rahma car mon filleul était coincé à St E à cause d’un épisode cévenol. Elle a accepté immédiatement de le recevoir une demi-heure après, et a été très bienveillante et disponible… Un grand merci à elle !

Franchement, Rachel n'a pas volé sa note. Elle flexible, simple et à l'écoute. J'ai passé un agréable séjour. C'est un plaisir d'être accueilli dans ses conditions.
