Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 3rd arrondissement

We really enjoyed our stay at Clement's apartment. It was only a stone's throw from the Rhone, so an easy to walk to the Presqu'ile. It's also close to a Tram line. If you like to swim, pack your suit for the nearby Centre Nautique Tony Bertrand, whose outdoor pool was packed most afternoons. The home was just as described, well-equipped and clean. There was plenty of room for our things, and reading lights by the beds (a must for me) . We appreciated the starter coffees and the large fridge. The street was quiet - except for one Saturday night when block parties were happening all over the area. (We were watching the Eurovision finals so we didn't mind!) Clement was responsive to our requests, and I wouldn't hesitate to return!

We only had a short stay at this accommodation but we would have loved to stay longer. Amandine was most friendly and helpful. Apartment was easy to locate from main train station. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Cafes and shops nearby. Tram stop just across the road. Thanks Amandine and Dorian

Excellent séjour de quelques nuits. L'appartement est très agréable et accueillant. La décoration est très sympa aussi. Il manquait juste quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais autrement rien à redire. Je recommande.

Spacious flat free from AirB&B clutter and dubious 'art' on walls. Great location and had everything we could possibly want. Balcony lovely option for a coffee and chat spot. Different coloured sets of towels a very smart idea. The one small issue was resolved super quickly by Khalid and he was very responsive to other messages. Great stay !

Convenient, stylish, perfect location. Elevator, A/C, window treatments, decor, modern appliances really really cool! Comfortable too.

Great flat in super convenient area. Modern and luxurious. I loved the automatic blinds in living room and bedroom. My only problem was at check in where I could not open the door where the keys are located and I had to bother the neighbor for help. We had to open the door with a knife. I’m sure Charles will get this problem fixed because he s a good host, even though he is not always on site.

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

Choć nasz pobyt w tym domu związany był wyłącznie z podróżą służbową i większość czasu spędzaliśmy w pracy, muszę przyznać, że wynajęte lokum spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – a nawet je przewyższyło. Po długich godzinach zawodowych z przyjemnością wracaliśmy do spokojnego, czystego i komfortowego wnętrza. Dom był dobrze ogrzany, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a szybki internet i biurka pozwalały mi bez problemu dokończyć niektóre obowiązki zdalnie. Cicha okolica sprzyjała odpoczynkowi i skupieniu – dokładnie tego potrzebowaliśmy po intensywnym dniu. Doceniam też dbałość gospodarzy o szczegóły – podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, świeże ręczniki, ekspres do kawy, a nawet kilka przydatnych informacji o okolicy – wszystko to sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardziej jak w domu niż w „miejscu noclegowym”. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom nie tylko turystom, ale również osobom podróżującym służbowo. Jeśli znów będziemy w tej okolicy, chętnie wrócimy.

Nice little apartment in a quiet courtyard. Everything is clean and modern. Perfect location in the city located right near the subway and every type of grocery, boutique and restaurant you could think of. Thanks for the stay!

Incroyable, nous recommandons vivement! Le cadre/ la vue sont juste magnifiques, le logement impeccable, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût, la literie est parfaite. Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. Marianne est chaleureuse et très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes tant dans ses messages que dans les détails dans le logement. We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, la résidence est très calme, nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté pour nous garer à proximité et le quartier est très agréable. Le tram est à proximité. Cet appartement a beaucoup d'avantages. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

The apartment was newly furnished, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist touch. We especially appreciated the coffee machine and loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony. The private underground parking was a big plus and made coming and going very easy. Located just 10 minutes from France Air Expo, it was the perfect base for our visit. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful alternative to the busy town centre.
