There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The first parts of the estate were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 70 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly equipped and offer everything your heart desires: in winter cuddly hours in front of the fireplace, in summer relaxing evenings with a glass of wine on the porch. We focused on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere to linger in the furnishings. The suite offers peace and quiet and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

The apartment is located in the near valley on the outskirts of the village directly on our Avarella stud above our veterinarian's office. It is modern, cozily furnished and offers a great view of our valley with the pastures. In front, a small balcony invites you to rest, facing the Nahetal valley. There are two spacious bedrooms with large closets for plenty of storage space. The dining room is set up for 6 people.
