We will start by learning how the ingredients used affect the Bagels and the final result. Then we will all measure our ingredients using scales. After that, I will show you how to properly mix and knead the dough which you will do on your own right after me. I have adapted the best Boulanger (Bread Maker) techniques to the home kitchen so you will become a confident baker at home in no time! You begin your equine experience with a visit into our sizeable herd of 40 horses, where you will be able to approach and observe the horses in their natural environment, and learn interesting facts about them. Next, each client will be matched with a horse according to their size and experience. You will lead your horse by foot to the stable, and will be able to establish mutual confidence through brushing and other preparations. Once everyone is helmeted-up, we leave the stable for the paddocks. There, mounted and with stirrups adjusted, we give a short lesson on riding techniques. The enclosed paddock is the ideal place for each rider to test what they've learned about horseback riding. After the initiation, we leave for an excursion on the magnificent mountain trails with their splendid view over the Appalachian range. At the halfway point, we will stop on the mountain top to take in the beautiful view. The activity ends by showing appreciation to our horse for the lovely ride. At the end, we invite you to stay a while longer and take advantage of the surroundings and our picnic area, in the event that you packed a snack. Consider trying our other animal experiences with alpacas, dogs and the other inhabitants of our educational farm. Other things to note This activity is offered throughout the year, in all weather. Only children 14 years and over are accepted. For younger children, reserve in our 'equestrian initiation' activity. Private Stand Up Paddle Boarding Lesson and Guided Paddle. A Certified Paddle Canada SUP Instructor will meet you on location with all the equipment, provide a dryland lesson and then proceed to take you on the water (usually a calm lake) and guide you and your group on a paddle. Great for beginners and those with paddling experience who would love to brush up their skills or paddling ergonomics and also for water lovers to discover new places to paddle in the Annapolis Valley. We're focused on safety and an immersive, fun, non-judgemental experience in nature.

First we would meet at this quirky little café next to St Laurent Metro. They have the best samosas in the city and is quite unique. Then we will walk up St Laurent, if you`re hungry, get a bite to eat either at butcher/shop sandwich place or go for a real poutine. Then we will explore the side streets where I can give you a little rundown of the history of the neighborhood and even teach you some basic French to help you get by on your own. Lastly, we can go to an interesting/fun little bar to have drinks. Other things to note I think this is an experience for someone who really wants to see the city from the perspective of a local. Someone who enjoys exploring, enjoys walking, seeking to gain knowledge and enjoy themselves

Stand up paddle board along the Bay of Fundy coastline on High Tide from Baxters Harbour to a beautiful historical inlet where we will park our paddleboards and walk in ~10mins to Black Hole Falls (a small waterfall). We'll stop for snacks and then paddle back. The water is clear and cool, there will be an opportunity to swim or snorkel - even a chance to swim under a waterfall! This tour is weather dependent as this area has a lot of wind which really affects our ability to paddle - we also only can do this paddle on the "top of tide". We will be paddling about 6kms so please ensure you are physically able to do this. We do offer opportunity to ride on our group board (6 person board) as an option, on this you can even bring your kids/dog!

Whether it's to de-stress or just for the novelty of it, the Rage Room is an awesome activity to do. It's pretty simple, choose from a variety of glass items and electronics, suit up in our complete protective gear and break stuff. A signed waiver is required to participate in this activity. You must be 18 years or older and will be asked to provide proof if deemed required (or 16-17, with a parent). Please keep in mind, you are breaking glass items and electronics, so this experience is not for the faint-hearted. Other things to note When you arrive, you'll have to sign a waiver before starting the experience. The Rage Cage can accommodate up to 4-5 people at a time.
