Spacious, peaceful apartment with private pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, the property is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

A one bedroom first floor apartment with a poolside balcony and a very private covered terrace situated just a few minutes walk to the seafront and main beach in kato paphos. The apartment is in a small gated complex with a large variety of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops within a stones throw away. From the apartment the harbour area is an easy 15-20 minute stroll away either along the picturesque coastal path or Poseidonos Avenue passing shops, restaurants and tavernas along the way.

The studio It has all the latest amenities, big, comfortable and has beautiful style.The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment.3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle!
