Swimming pool, tennis and golf courses, ice rink, theater, prehistoric village, mini-golf course and parks within walking distance. Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab,sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. Bicycles can also be stored inside. Are also available for rent.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Compleet gastenverblijf met een prachtige tuin en mogelijkheid tot gebruik van Hottub. Het verblijf is op het terrein van een voormalige kalverhouderij. Natuurgebied is om de hoek waar je ook leuk kan wandelen, fietsen/mountainbiken. Bij boeking van 4 nachten is een avond hottub inbegrepen. Hottub bij te boeken voor 30 euro. De slaapkamers zijn gescheiden door middel van een kastenwand en een gordijn. Binnen roken en huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan. Buiten roken is geen probleem.

Entire private guest room (former, fully renovated and modernized garage) with its own entrance and private bathroom. Parking space in front of the door. A lovely stay in a quiet residential area, on the edge of a woodland and yet close to the vibrant city of Eindhoven; only a 15 minute drive (by private transport or taxi) from Eindhoven Airport! There are coffee and tea facilities, wifi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix and internet. We are for a non-smoking environment.

The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. Guest suite 10 minutes walking distance from Downtown!

Located in the backyard of our property, the guest suite is accessible through a side gate of our home. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV present. There is a kitchen in which there is a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors.
