Kirkjuland is a small farm just 10km north of Reykjavik, on Kjalarnes. Located under the beautiful mountain Esja. Peaceful and cozy.. We can host 2 persons at our facility. Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

Our place is great for families, friends, couples and anyone who loves luxury (with breathtaking mountain view), comfort, luxury bed and linen etc. Close to popular tourist attraction such as Thingvellir, Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon. Excellent brand new jacuzzi which is perfect at the end of the day. There is a very large wooden porch great for outdoor use the whole year.
