Beautiful view studio with pool

The apartments are located in a quiet part of Kumbor, surrounded by nature and olive trees. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with a beautiful view of the Bokokoto Bay. Facilities for children: playground, tree house. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Lovely 1-bedroom condo (free parking on premises)

Our apartment is situated in small place called Djenovici, right next to a new luxury resort Portonovi and 140m away from the beach. The sea is actualy right across the street, but no swimming is allowed here, it is a D Marin Portonovi, a world-class marina. We are 7 kilometers away from the old town of Herceg Novi. You will love staying here because you will feel the love with which this place is prepared. We made it just like for us. And we love comfort.

The interior of the house is completely adapted to the modern way of life. Although not so big in size, it provides comfort and everything that is needed for a good and relaxing vacation. Its blue tones that dominate the interior reflect the surroundings in which the house is located. The combination of a clean sea and a clear sky will certainly not leave one visitor indifferent. House is more than 130 years old, and it was first school in Kumbor at 1921.

Amazing Frontline Beach Apartment

This special place is located in the nicest part of the Herceg Novi famous promenade. It is positioned just at the sea shore, with huge balcony which provides a fascinating sea view. One of the nicest small beaches in the city is just 20 meters away. Old Town is just 500 meters away, famous Herceg Novi Museum is next to the apartment, and a lot of nice bars and restaurants are in the apartment's vicinity. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022.

Apartment is located 220m (5 minutes walk) to the beach. It is placed on the hill side which brings you to the panoramic view of Boka Bay, from the balcony. Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Apartment is on the top of the house (second floor) that is separated from the rest of the house with own entrance and a lot of privacy.

New, modern apartment with fantastic views

Enjoy the fantastic view of the Bay of Kotor in a modern and newly renovated apartment! The house is located away from busy roads, in a quiet area at 60 meters above sea level. The way to the sea is only about 5 to 10 minutes by foot. Shopping facilities are nearby (by car 5 minutes), to Herceg Novi it is about 10 minutes. There is also a bus to the city.
