Welcome to Margaret House. The latest addition to the Occupied Incorporated family of short term rental homes. This two level home boasts fantastic lake views, four outdoor decks/patios, fire pit, two family rooms and enough space to be separate when the time comes. We are walking distance to three public lake access points and a short bike ride to Spring Lake's Lakeside beach. We are surrounded by bike trails and a short trip to Central Park. Grand Haven's beaches are a short 10 min drive.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.
