This family-friendly renovated apartment charms with a cheerful open-living space, wood floors, and three Juliette balconies with scenic overlooks. We have Spa facilities on the premises. There is a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, massage room and yoga room. Receive exclusive discounts to the Spa only if you stay with us. The beach is a very short walk down the hill, about 4 minutes or less. Both bedrooms and also the living room have its own AC/Heating. We have toys and books for young children, we can also provide baby cots and high chairs if needed. Our TV has a selection of international channels such as BBC, ITV, German and French channels. We also have Netflix available. The kitchen is fully equipped with: Electric oven and Induction Hobs, espresso machine, Fridge-Freezer, Double Sink, Dishwasher and a tap that provides filtered water. We have a safe in the apartment for guests to store valuables. Private parking at the building. Depending on availability, we can book our guests in for Massage, Yoga, SUP, Surf Lessons, Electric bicycle hire - and more... The whole apartment - 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a large open plan living and dining area. We like to meet all of our guests in person on arrival to give a warm welcome. We live a short walk away, and are available for emergencies 24/7. Situated in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz amid native flora and just a four-minute walk from the beach, the home's location can't be beat. Everything is steps away—supermarkets, restaurants, bars, doctors, banks, a post office, and more. We normally recommend hiring a car if staying in Luz for more than a few days. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 9:30pm and also when returning back after an evening out :)

Your apartment has two bedrooms, one with access to a small private terrace. There is also a larger terrace off the main lounge area which is large enough for 4 guests to dine ‘alfresco’ In addition to the apartment and it’s outside terraces, you have exclusive access to the lovely Moroccan garden, bbq & dining area, sun loungers and plunge pool. Host is available virtually 24 /7 for assistance. My partner & I live in the ground floor apartment. Although we keep a quiet profile we are always there to hive advice on restaurants, beaches, activities etc The apartment lies a 5-minute walk from stunning Centianes Beach. The area features incredible cliff walks to Algar Seco or along the cliffs to the beaches of Carvalho and Benagil. A half dozen restaurants sit within easy walking distance of the home. For a short stay of less than a week then a car is not really necessary. Taxis are plentiful, particularly with the recent introduction of ‘Uber’. There are many airport transfer companies who will drop you at the door and remove the stress of driving. Some guests arrive by taxi transfer, spend a few days exploring the area then hire a car locally for a few days. There is also bike, scooter and motorcycle hire in town. How active or how lazy do you want to be? If you like walking then this is a paradise. Similarly if you enjoy the beach and waterspouts then Centianes has everything - do a boat trip to the caves from there or hire a kayak and have some fun. Feeling lazy? Sunbathe on the beautiful beach then sip a cocktail in the O Stop restaurant where you sit with your toes literally in the sand. The apartment is a 5-minute stroll from the stunning Centianes Beach. Here you can sit at O Stop restaurant with your toes in the sand, you wont want to leave. The area features incredible cliff walks, the amazing Hanging Valley in one direction or connect to the Algar Seco boardwalk in the other direction. Walk along the cliffs to the beaches of Carvalho and Benagil. A half dozen restaurants sit within easy walking distance of the home.

HOUSE ON THE SEA, dream beach 50m, 2 BR, 4 people

Former fishing house on two floors with private courtyard. Architectural highlights in Moroccan style. Located in the beautiful old town center of Salema. The excellent beach is less than a one minute walk away. From the entrance you can access the open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the oasis-like courtyard, which is attractively decorated with high-quality stone work. A small decorative pool (not for swimming) completes the cosy ambience. With a book in hand and feet in the cold water basin, you can relax and recharge your batteries on hot summer days. The bathroom with double shower and shower toilet is located on the ground floor of the house. The two open bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with a queen-size bed under the cozy sloping ceiling. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace with lounge furniture. A great night's sleep. You can hear the wind in the palm trees and the surf in the distance. Guests have access to all areas as they rent the entire house. For all questions, we are reachable (mail and telephone) and have people on site who can look after the house and be helpful. Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, shops, kayaks and stand up paddling rental and a fish sale directly to Fang. Salema is a charming fishing village. From the beach, excursions by boat are offered. In the hinterland, the Monchique mountain range beckons with healing springs. Other activities include horseback riding, yoga, various water and amusement parks, water sports such as sailing, jet skiing or surfing. At Cabo de Sao Vincente you can experience wonderful sunsets.

If you want to make yourself comfortable here, you'll be spoiled for choice – perhaps in the spacious living room with open kitchen and magnificent views? Or in the garden under one of the palms? On the main terrace by the pool? On a balcony? In the morning, it is best to start with breakfast in the sunny courtyard and then simply let yourself drift and enjoy the stately life in the villa and surroundings. In the evening, you can relax and play a round pool, foosball, foosball, or pinball. The garden is landscaped with countless unusual plants and many fruit trees. You are welcome to the oranges, lemons, grapefruit, peaches, almonds, figs, apples and pears. It's just minutes to Luz Beach. The villa "Red Admiral" is located in a small urbanization the "Ruas das Borboletas" runs a few hundred meters up the hill and ends in a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and yet not lonely and the proximity to the Costa Vicentina National Park at 3 km is particularly beautiful as well as the immediate proximity to Lagos (8 km) and the many great restaurants and beaches in Luz and Burgau (each 3 km) by car.

Air condicioning on all divisions, the rooms have double bed, kitchenet, Television, toaster, microwave. It's possible to see the sea and the pool from the balcony. The garden, terrace and swimming pool. This is not shared with anyone. I will be available to answer any questions that you may have. The house is in a lush green setting in a quiet area of Lagos that is close to the beach. The town center is approximately 2 kilometers away. You can walk to the beach but a car ís advisable for exploring the local área.

Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis and gas grill. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A new comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. Newly refurbished since last summer, repainted, new carpet in bedroom, new furnitures in the living room and a De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s.
