Hillside MCM Guest House Stunning view

Best of both worlds! This modern guest house is minutes drive from DTLA, great as rustic hillside “glamping.” 32 steps down the side of the main house to get to your private entrance with handrails, kitchen, modern bathroom, bedroom & reading nook. There’s a separate games room for private use. We’re just next to Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1 parking spot. As it is hillside, there is a bit of nature and dirt. It’s NOT immaculate/sterile but it is a clean/fun cabin.

Wonderfully lit and spacious, this studio has been fully remodeled for your comfortable stay with over 450 sq ft and your own bathroom and private entrance. Outside the studio is a beautiful garden with planted fruits trees and flowers. A table set on the side for outside lounging. The location of this studio is very convenience to many places. With a 10 to 15 minutes drive, you can easily head to Downtown LA, Dodger Stadium, Chinatown, Little Tokyo, Glendale, Pasadena and Hollywood.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb.
