Ground zero for Hipsters! Wait on line for 20 minutes then 10 minutes more for your 'hand crafted' coffee. Pay 5$ for it. THEN... sit and watch it all and revel in it. It's really, really fun.

I like taking out of town guest here or folks who have not been to Echo Park. It's such a huge 'wow' type of place. They have good pizzas and 50 kinds of beer. See and be seen.

The Rolling Stones kicked off their tour here last week...does this mean Echo Park has now truly arrived? I love the Echo, it's very egalitarian in it's bands - always something fresh to see and hear!

The tortillas here are ah-mazing. Really great flavor in the tacos. Often during peak hours the line is insane. They have a great patio but I prefer eating indoors. Very casual and great prices.

Old school place that attracts the old-timer locals and hipsters alike. Bring your parents... or go with friends and pretend you ARE your parents. Good food! Has entertainment on certain nights.

The coffee is Cuban style & super hot! I ask for "cold milk' in mine so I don't burn my mouth. Behind this cafe is a meeting room with a huge variety of 12-step meetings, in case you feel the need.

LOVE it here! Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner... the Park always has great food and good portions! A very mellow and neighborhood vibe. This is one of my favorite restaurant in the 'hood.
