Quite a pretty bike ride destination. Nice views of Canberra at the top but quite a hill to get up.
This award-winning, architect-designed building with panoramic views over Canberra provides a variety of high-quality visitor services and facilities, including a restaurant, cafe, gift shop, information hub, and the National Bonsai and Penjing Collection.
Beautiful gardens, great views. Shame about the Cafe. Still, well worth a visit!
Take a picnic and admire the stunning views over the city and beyond. Also has an awesome playground for the little ones
It's about remembering the 2003 fires and learning about how things grow. Fab views of Canberra. There's also a magic cork forest ..
This is a tree botanic gardens that is still relatively new to Canberra and has many years before the trees planted reach any sort of maturity. Go have lunch or coffee and visit the Bonsai Garden or Display Vegetable gardens. Fly a kite and walk or ride all over the Park.
Gorgeous 360* view, a lovely drive or a walk. There’s a nice playground as well as an indoor café.

“The zoo is privately own and has a great range of animals and animal encounters (we did the cheetah one which was fantastic). The aquarium is a hit too and so is the updated playground! You can bring your own food in and use the BBQ areas.”
