It's a new experience and St. Paul used to be a boring place to live but some claim it's the new Uptown of Minneapolis. Time will tell and you can decide.

Take the green line all the way downtown and you'll find theaters, restaurants, music in Mears park (every Thursday night in the summer plus lots of weekends).

“This beautiful sanctuary is just east of downtown Saint Paul. Surrounded by busy highways and railroads there is no access to the Mississippi River. Ongoing restoration programs is converting this once heavily polluted landscape into a haven for birds and other wildlife.”

Bar
“This place is a neighborhood staple and has been in business since 1941. They are known for their burgers, beers and steaks. Family friendly for dinner and the bar picks up at night because of the many colleges nearby. They have a “Shamrock shuttle” that goes to Wild home games and Viking home games. They also have a music venue and host concerts and dance parties. ”
