This is the hub of Capitol Hill. People are hanging out in this park all evening, especially in summer and the people watching is great.
Awesome urban park with grassy areas, a fountain and sport courts - great people watching at any time of day but especially on a Spring/ Summer evening.
Great for people watching. There's always something interesting going on like doge ball, bike polo, or pillow fights...
