Why locals recommend it
The service is quick and friendly at this airy, modern Taiwanese restaurant in Silver Lake. Just order at the counter, take a number, and sit at one of the family-sized tables. Whether your kids love noodles or rice dishes, they’ll find something to enjoy. Mine love the minced pork on rice, dumplings, scallion pancake, and Taiwanese sweet-potato fries. Kids under the age of 3 are really not equipped to handle breakable glasses and ceramic plates. So it’s nice that the restaurant provides cute plastic kid bowls to make the meal less stressful for parents.

This is just a fantastic Taiwanese restaurant. They don't take reservations so you might have to stand in line for a bit but it is 100% worth it. It also happens to be very affordable. We recommend the Dan Dan Noodles, the scallion pancakes, the pot stickers and the 5 spice bamboo shoot salad.
