Santa Teresa di gallura it's a nice village with a lot of tourists and typical stalls in summer. You could also take a line ferry to reach CORSICA and come back the same day (Moby company ,around 40 euro per person one way)

From Santa Teresa harbour you can catch the ferry and reach the beautiful city of Bonifacio (Corsica, France) in 50 min. Perfect for a day trip!

Santa Teresa Gallura is a town on the northern tip of Sardinia, on the Strait of Bonifacio, in the province of Sassari, Italy. The southern coast of Corsica can be seen from the beach. The city is one of several possible locations for the ancient city of Tibula.
