The wall memorial walk starts at the end of Schwedter Str. You can walk it down until Nordbahnhof and then catch the subway to Brandenburger Tor (3 stops).

The most interesting site in terms of the Berlin Wall. An original part of the wall including some parts of the no-mans land are preserved there. There are many information boards spread around the area. Somer of the famous tunnels below the Berlin Wall were dug there. There is also a museum there.

If you want to know what the cold war and the wall meant to Berliners the Berlin Wall Memorial is a must – as opposed to other places such as the Wall Museum (Mauermuseum)
