Tips from locals
My all time favorite place for breakfast/brunch! Everything is fresh and has big portions (most items can be shared between 2 people). Don't let the long line scare you, it moves fast :-)
Coffee Shop and bakery serving breakfast and lunch with fair trade organic coffees and homemade pastries. Eat in or grab a coffee and pastry for the road. **Weekend mornings get very crowded.
This place is back on the list because they have a basket of 'day olds but still just as good' baked goods that are ridiculously cheap. Get some giant scones, muffins and more!

Best breakfast restaurant in Boise with tempting pastries. Be sure to check out the half priced day old pastries in the basket.

“Goldy’s is our go-too sport for one of the greatest breakfasts in America (that is a bold statement from people who love breakfast!) We can’t seem to get enough of their breakfast burrito and their stuffed French toast. They don’t take reservations, so be prepared for a wait (at their coffee bar down the street), but you won’t regret the choice to eat here. ”

“Great gourmet donuts right above the Indian buffet! TIP: If you go between 3 and 4 (they close at 4) they sell the donuts as a buy one get one free deal! Unfortunately, sometimes this is a bad thing. ;)”
