One of the most imposing monuments of the city, the Panathenaic Stadium opposite the garden of the Zappeion, & known as "Kallimarmaro", and is made of Pentelic marble. Here hosted the 1896 Olympics, in the revival of the institution. Today is the end point of the Marathon.

Great quality products! Ice-cream, maybe in the top 3 in Athens! Always fresh bread and homemade pies (spinach-feta one of my favorite), traditional cookies, chocopie&the orange pie are both very nice and you can combine them for an even greater result! Yiammi and recommended!!
