Why locals recommend it
From open level classes to antigravity yoga sessions, their four Sydney studios offer a comprehensive range of yoga experiences. The Surry Hills studio is particularly welcoming with dozens of classes daily, and all instructors are encouraged to infuse classes with their own personal style. I love the fact that many classes will make you sweat while rejuvenating the body. The Surry Hills studio also has the Wellness Centre where you can book in for a massage, Reiki session, or kinesiology. If your muscles need some recovery after a strenuous yoga session, head for the infrared sauna, cryotherapy chamber, and hyperbaric chamber, where you can try oxygen therapy.
Tips from locals
The studio is so gorgeous, a peaceful haven in the midst of the city's hectic buzz.
I work here! The best yoga and Reformer Pilates class in town. Dress in light, stretchy clothing and be ready to get your sweat on. Mats and towels available for hire at the studio.
