Waimea Valley, the valley of the kings. So much Hawaiian culture, a nice place and garden, and a waterfall and pond to swim in.
Waimea Valley hosts a well kept garden that also has a nice waterfall! Make a trip out of it and visit Waimea beach which is great for swimming in the summer.
Gorgeous and will take you back to how Hawaii must have looked like before development. Be sure to pack mosquito repellent.
This is a beautiful, easy hike to a waterfall with cultural sites and various botanical gardens to explore. It also has a great gift shop and there is a 'Farmer's Market' on Thursdays 2-5 or 3-6 depending on the time of year. The Farmer's Market has a few local farmers selling produce, several…
